thank you so much for paying attention to which leg should be in front when sitting. i'm a teenager with scoliosis and this actually means a lot and might cause damage if it isn't done right, but it seems like no one is talking about this. i appreciate your work a lot, thank you
Thank you so much, Paula. My back was tight and painful at the beginning of the week so I have been doing a selection of your back pain relieving and strengthening exercises all week, and the pain has gone. Thank you for your wonderful videos.
Exactly what I need. I'll do this every day. The assanas chosen went straight to the painfull points. The whole sequence is very helpfull. Many thanks! Namaste. 🙏
I´m 57 years. I don´t have any muscles in belly and low back. May i start with this excercises? Or should i first build my muscles with??? And after i have built some muscles start with the excercises?
Glad you find it relaxing. I'm not sure exactly which part you might be referring to but perhaps I talk about 'ujjayi breath' which is the yoga victorious breath. Hope that is useful! There is a lot of info available online. :)
Hi I find the Ashtanga Namaskara posture extremely difficult. I just cant go down from the plank position. How can I approach this exercise ?? @yoginimelbourne
No, lying on your belly is not recommended during pregnancy. There are a range of other prenatal videos available on my channel: th-cam.com/video/bmsVXHUn0g0/w-d-xo.html
Yes, that is frustrating! I would suggest using a rolled up towel on the mat, so when you lie tummy down it rests just below the bust on your rib cage to create a bit of extra space. It will mean you won't be able to lie down flat completely and will interrupt your flow slightly but I hope that helps! xx
This practice is focused on strengthening the back, this practice here is focused on releasing back pain which could be more suitable - th-cam.com/video/AgBFSJ6p2kk/w-d-xo.html

This is good, but my bust is in the way 😳😡

way too fast pace for someone with lower back pain, half the poses just impossible. no room to breathe

If only this weren’t ASMR. How the heck can anyone stand those mouth noises?! 😡😖 disgusting!
You're extremely rude and your comment is very unnecessary
