    I wish I could sit and do yoga in front of a rusty barn somewhere...it looks so green and peaceful.

      The funny thing about this particular video is that I filmed it in Louisiana and was being eaten alive by mosquitos the whole time - not exactly peaceful, so I'm glad it comes across that way! 😂

    Just what I needed. Getting back into yoga after quite a few years off, body tight, circulation really is being challenged, and at the moment cannot do Near what I used to do. This was very nice and easy enough that I felt like trying it. Thank you

    I love this practice! Thank you so much Joelle 💗 I struggle with poor circulation and anemia and I've been doing this practice for about a week now. It really helps! And i love how gentle it is its not too hard for someone who is struggling with health issues and out of shape. Namaste!

    Lovely relaxing practise! I saw in another post that the mosquitos were bugging you while filming, yet you still seem very zen!
