The funny thing about this particular video is that I filmed it in Louisiana and was being eaten alive by mosquitos the whole time - not exactly peaceful, so I'm glad it comes across that way! 😂

Just what I needed. Getting back into yoga after quite a few years off, body tight, circulation really is being challenged, and at the moment cannot do Near what I used to do. This was very nice and easy enough that I felt like trying it. Thank you
