    I don´t know why, but when I was circling my ankles at the beginning of the practice, it made me smile. I felt joyous and free in my mind as a child. Maybe your comments helped to it too. :) But it made me really happy for the rest of the day. Such a simple yet powerful thing.

    When it's cloudy in winter in Spain it becomes really cold!! Found myself with cold feet and cold hands this morning and now this flow will be my go to when I need some good circulation in the body to warm up!!! Loved every posture and your guiadnce as always is 👌🏼 ! Thank you Helen! ❣

    SD day 52. What I love about your videos Helen is how much thought you put into them to ensure they achieve exactly how you describe them. Supported Inversion is so relaxing and you feel the blood getting to your heart and upper body. x

    I was feeling super cold underneath a sweatshirts, thick pj pants, socks, and a blanket. Was told I have poor circulation, looked this up and I got warmed up right away. Thank you!

    I loved this practice at the end of my day, so relaxing, I’ve been to the physio today, I have an interior rotary cuff tear in my shoulder that has gradually got worse☹️, it stops my doing some things but I’ve learnt to adjust, hopefully with physio it will get better soon 🤞🏻
    This was just what I needed, thank you as always Helen, love your videos 🙏❤️xxx

      @@WellWithHels thank you my Helen. Unfortunately my shoulder is quite bad, I had a steroid injection 2 weeks ago which hasn’t worked but I’m staying positive, it could be worse.
      I’m just about to lay on my acupressure mat and watch some of your old vlogs, that’s my routine after some yoga, I’m watching ones from 3 years ago 🤗xxx

      HMFYOGA SD day 85: thanks Helen, whilst my leisure centre is closed it’s live-streaming yoga classes on Zoom so I’ve just completed this. It was quite nice to meet up with some of the colleagues at my usual classes. I don’t want to miss my daily dose of HMFYOGA though so I’ll use the bedtime yoga video this evening.     Absolutely loved this practice, Helen. I’ve been needing some circulation practices since we had a cold snap come in last weekend where I live in the northeastern USA and the temperature dropped to below zero so this was a great little session to not only get my circulation moving but to warm my body temperature up just a tad bit. Plus side note it’s my birthday today x x x x 🎉❤🥰🤗

    Hey there (again). Another day, another pointless question from me. Sorry to keep asking, it feels like I'm using you as a personal coach so please feel free to ignore :) For years now whenever I do seated forward folds or similar, I seem to get a massive amount of heat build up in the hips and legs, like hot pins and needles, it forces me to come out the hold. Doesn't seem to happen in forward folds when standing or any other move. Have you ever had this at all, been 4+years, maybe more, I do get a lot of lower back pain, wonder if that's connected?

      Hey Gary! Not pointless at all 😊 BUT I think this is beyond my knowledge.... So if any Physios are reading this.... Help Gary out!
      This isn't advice at all, but might be worth looking into: If the pain travels down the leg thus could be something to do with the sciatic nerve.... My bf has sciatica and also gets that pins and needles sensation and as you mentioned lower back pain too, this also points in that direction. Definitely worth checking in with a professional and they can advise on how to adapt your practise! x
