This routine is perfect for anyone who has poor circulation, which can cause symptoms such as varicose veins, tingling, numbness, pain, swelling, or coldness in your limbs. These symptoms can affect your quality of life and increase your risk of serious complications such as lymphedema, blood clots, infections, or amputations. That’s why it’s important to keep your blood flowing and your muscles strong with regular physical activity.
