It is courteous that if you are within the first few comments, to please list the 7 habits to save others time who are trying to watch numerous videos.
My tip: If you feel your kidneys are struggling; request labs. eGFR is an indication in itself but there are other labs that are also telling. make sure you do follow-up labs a respectable time apart whether it be 30, 60, or 90 days. Do not wait 6 months or even worse, a whole year!!
1. Avoid vigorous exercise.
2. Quit Smoking
3. Avoid certain supplements (creatine)
4. Reduce protein intake. Opt for lean protein options; chicken, fish, plant based protein (beans, lentils, tofu (easier on kidneys). Lower animal proteins.
5. Increase fiber intake (apples, beans, whole grains, leafy greens). 30-35g fiber Daily
6. Limit salt intake; significantly limit or eat no processed foods
7. Drink more water; adequate hydration. 3.7L for men (125 ounces), 2.7 for women (91 ounces)
You're welcome.

You say leafy greens are good. I assume you mean Spinach, Kale etc by leafy greens. The doctors say no to leafy greens as they contain too much potassium. The kidneys fail to filter out all the potassium. This results in too much potassium level in the blood, and this could harm the functioning of the heart. I would like your comments on that. Thanks,
Some leafy greens, however, contain high levels of potassium, yes that's true.
If i want baked goods can i look for whole wheat alternatives or is that still bad?
You can opt for whole wheat alternatives, as they might be better than refined white flour. However, you should consult your doctor or a nutritionist to be sure.
Creatinine level is Reduced from 6.39 to 0.7 in Siddha Medicine

Your kidney is king . He knows what is good and not good .
I just hate these videos that say they have such good information but yet they won't get on with the information. They just keep repeating something they've already said. So dang irritating !
I hate these stupid robot messages too.
@@NancyK-cu6xj😅😂🤣
It’s an AI video. Once I realize they are AI scripted and narrated I don’t watch
Damned, NOT "Danged," I mean, seriously?! Are we 5 years old or are we adults here? Goddamn!
You ain't never lied 💯💯💯

Is it really the pronunciation is "creati9?" I don't think so😁
Aw dude pleeeeease get to the point or else at least put points in the description, some of us are pretty desperate for answers and also dont have time to.listen to a generared voice that may or may not get to the point!!! Support your food points that help by listing them please. Kind thanks
Thank you
Thankyou for caring
Smoking what?
thankyou love
This is hilarious. The white coat at the left bottom screen is giving another talk, makes me wonder what he's saying.... Of course you can't take pictures of an AI talking....
❤😅❤😅
To long and time consuming
Dude?
What you said 100% true
Thank you!
Well, maybe 90% true. The part about consuming 3.7 liters a day for men is a good 1 liter too much. If you consume 3.7 liters of water per day, it is so much that your body flushes out a hell of a lot more than it should be doing including stuff that you should be retaining. So… Hold-off on drinking that much water!
Just as always this ppl don’t know what they’re talking about 😩
All foods are safe, but if you have severe kidney disease or any chronic disease, you should consider the dosage from your doctor. We need to balance our food
Thanks for information
