    I can't believe I did this. I was already completely exhausted and swimming in my own sweat by 16% and I still managed to finish the workout! Biggest win in a long while for me, haha! Anna, you're a beast.

    i think that you do the most difficult hiit workout on TH-cam and you have a Extreme resistance during workout. Incredibile💪❤️

    What was that!!! I was overestimating myself. My heart rate was high just one minute into the warm up. Burnt 432 calories in these 40 minutes.

I also don't know how accurate my fitness band is, because sometimes the sweat can interfere with the sensor, but I usually don't burn a lot according to the band, my heart rate it's naturally very low. In her biggest 60 minutes full body I can burn up to 400+, and bit higher if I do a small fun warm up (ex. Pamela Reif's 12 minutes cardio). In her smaller ones I always go around 200/300 Cals max.

    Ive been on my fitness journey for almost a year and i have tried a loooot of fitness videos and DAMN none of them are as sweaty and hard as your hiit ones, AND THEY GO FLYING BY😍(and ur abs one), at the beginning i was kinda of scared but being consistent was key. WHOEVER WHO IS DUBTING ABOUT DOING HER WORKOUTS: DO THEM, the after rush after working out is so worth it (u will feel happy, accomplished and wanting more, u will love it) thank u anna!❤❤❤

    After 28 days of struggling through the HIIT it Hard 28 day Feb challenge I've finally completed 100% of this workout with 13second breaks in between... I can't believe it. Thank you Anna for these workouts. They are life changing! Can't wait to finish the HIIT it Harder challenge!

    *Just in case you need motivation while reading the comments or catching up your breath:*
    I live in a really high altitude region where the oxygen level is very low; so it’s scientifically quite harder for me to do HIIT because I have breath more to compensate the oxygen deficiency. But still I completed the workout with tiny modifications like increasing the rest to 15 seconds. If I could do this, why can’t you? Cheer up! You got this!!

    Just finished your last 28-day challenge on Friday and started this new one today! This is the longest that I have ever stuck to a workout routine on my own (without a trainer at a gym) and I am so thankful for your workouts, Anna! I feel myself getting so much stronger. At first, I could hardly hold the side planks for even a few seconds. Now, I can hold them no problem. So excited for this new challenge!

    Love all your workouts, Anna! I especially love this circuit format, a bit more than the no repeat as it splits up the time better and makes it seem like it goes by faster! Also love the 30 seconds for each stretch instead of 50- 30 is plenty and we get more stretches in that way! Love that you add a full body stretch in all your workouts- so many videos skip it or don't do a long enough one! Thanks again - you're amazing!!

    I’m usually not a fan of circuit training because it gets boring, but this one was so brutal, all I could concentrate on was remembering to breathe! Than you so much for such an amazing workout!!!

    I started it today, and I'm very excited about the challenge. I loved the length. and it's nice to have repeating exercises - it makes it feel more serious. And there were not so many noisy moves, which is a bonus for me because I live in an apartment. Super!

    March 22 but still in day 1. I actually started march 1 but I just can’t commit cause the workouts are too difficult + my body feels sore after every workout so today, I’ll be restarting this HIIT it harder challenge. Wish me luck!

      Don’t worry! It gets easier the more you do these types of workouts🙃I used to be the same way but now I don’t have to pause her workouts at all! If you’re looking for shorter workouts to help you work up to longer ones, try Natacha Oceane’s 15 and 20min HIIT workouts. You got this!!!!❤️

    Good but wayyy to much repetitions, i prefer a lot of intense exercices in a short period of time rather than redoing the same thing again & again. (it's hard psychologically)

    Day 1 completed. U The ultimate amazing coach ever . I enjoyed doing this wrkout. Felt stronger aftr doing this . But it was little harder , but loved it . U r the best trainer I ever had. Feeling so excited after wrkout
