Whenever i do some practise with holding breath in and out my airway in the nose area becomes clear and clean immediatly, that the breath can flow. That is such a great effect, sometimes i suffer about that, now i got cure 😊 THANKS

Funnily enough, I'm actually just doing my first Kundalini TTC right now 😅 we are at the ashram at this very moment. Up until now pretty much everything I've learned about kriya has been from books and my own experiences.
