I have never learned a single thing from any of the dermatologists I have seen in the last 20 years. Even standard treatments everyone goes to the dermatologist for like, “chicken skin” on the backs of your arms, I was gaslit about there being no such thing as a treatment. Glycolic acid? Doesn’t exist. AHAs and BHAs? Don’t exist. When I went to ask for retin A, suddenly the bigger issue was “What about that startling melasma?!” What he gave made every little bit of pigmentation worse. Stopped taking it and things went back to normal. Gaslighting as a career choice.

Retinols are great. But they are murder to meibomian glands in eyelids which produce the oil slick on surface of eyes that prevent tears from evaporating rapidly. So retinols around eyes make dry eye problems worse, especially if one has the very common meibomian gland disorder. I can't get retinols within an inch of my eyes without significantly worsened dry eye.

Dr. Shani I’m 68 years old and was and still am in very good shape. However I did get Lyme a year ago with small intestine bacterial overgrowth known as Sibo and rocky mountain fever. Call infection. I was bitten on June 8 a month later I started going through hell for three months until after many tests in and out of hospitals I was finally diagnosed with Lyme. I was so ill, and in pain due to the area of where this tick had bitten me had affected my nerve endings, and I have so much more I could say, but I won’t. I was barely able to brush my teeth on a daily basis, didn’t take my BHRT half the time. I suffered greatly for those few months, and I lost collagen elastin fat in my face in my arms underneath my eyes. I never have had issues with dark circles and just occasional puffiness. I feel that I’m going through detoxification, since I was on antibiotics for nearly 5 months and other meds, I am still suffering with the Rocky Mountain tick fever. I am getting better, so no worries, however, I don’t know what to do about this under eye bluish and occasional puffiness. If you have any suggestions, I’m certainly open. Thank you in advance. I just purchased the collagen gummies, I take your collagen powder and other supplements

Methylene blue diluted is said to help thicken skin when applied topically. Methylene blue + red light is supposed to work especially well synergistically. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.
Incidentally, when I started intermittent fasting, it shocked my body and messed up my hormones. Borage oil helped bring things back to normal. The high concentration of GLA in it was what did the trick. So if someone is looking for a natural solution to balance their hormones, maybe look into that?

I would also love more info on Methylene Blue. I take it orally every 3 days & for some time I was also applying it to my skin by mixing it with aloe vera gel & ascorbic acid powder but my goodness it’s messy even after it has turned clear but even though it’s turned clear, anything it gets on it will turn it blue other than your skin. Also, it became such a process of mixing & diluting & applying so I took a break. I need to learn of a new way to apply it maybe in a toner? Adding it to a toner would be perfect but we’d need to mix it to an acid. Any ideas?

A lot of the damage to skin and thinning/loosing hair is caused by demodex. They are the reason usually for those lines. I got first eczema on the eyelids 1 yr ago and had some tiny red bumps around the lips, a telltale sign for demodex. Then all of a sudden the lines started appearing, my hair/scalp was itching. Was getting tiny bumps on face or body, and that was no acne lol. To sum it up, my hair and skin quality changed in 2-3 months. I went to a skin doc and she just shrugged and said , I can try fungal shampoo and otherwise there's no treatment lol. When someone is younger demodex make skin dry as they feed on the oil in skin, they cause allergies, rosacea, drying, and a lot of other conditions. Not everybody has strong adverse reactions, mostly itching. Skin doctors say they are part of the skin flora, they are considered an eco parasite. I think, that beauty doctors should start maybe paying attention to demodex, as it can be one of the solutions against ageing. Even if the skin is not thin , they still cause adverse effects. I like retinol, castor oil, rose water and glycolic acid for exfoliation. Thanks , Doc Rajani🥰

I’ve been using Tret .01 for over 30 years and it absolutely has prevented wrinkles and I was a sun worshipper. I think people who start Tret later in life, once wrinkles or thinning has started, they don’t have as good as an experience. People don’t like the peeling and sensitivity. But I dealt with that 30 years ago (Tret was prescribed due to cystic acne) and since I’ve never stopped using it I don’t have net side effects. There are topical non systemic E and P topicals for skin cream that absolutely help plump the skin.

She used to tell me, advise me about this fear of aging, most of the time takes away people smiles. So, remembering that all the time, I keep on smiling thinking about my fine lines around my eyes (very little still)with kindness, not fear.

I have something close lipodermal sclerosis on legs. Very painful. I stopped it by taking oregano and rubbing Oregeno oil on my legs at night and wrapping them in plastic. Scleroderma, Sclerosis is caused by streptococcus in lymphatic that comes in under the skin. Another herb to kill it is Cats Claw. I also started and still do is drink 8-10 oz of fresh celery juice every morning on empty stomach( use 1 head of celery stalks). Within 10 months of doing all this it went away after 5 years of hell. I am left with dark heavy scarring. Nothing can change this. But the inflamed red hot hard lumps are gone. I follow Medical Medium Anthony William advice and it worked!! Also no gluten, no dairy ( no yogurt), no eggs( streptococcus feeds on eggs a lot) , no corn, no canola oil. Eat a lot of salad greens, The streptococcus lives in the liver and spreads out into the body. It's also the cause of acne, sinus infection, asthma and any fibrosis diagnosis. ❤
