Methylene blue diluted is said to help thicken skin when applied topically. Methylene blue + red light is supposed to work especially well synergistically. I'd love to hear your thoughts on it. Incidentally, when I started intermittent fasting, it shocked my body and messed up my hormones. Borage oil helped bring things back to normal. The high concentration of GLA in it was what did the trick. So if someone is looking for a natural solution to balance their hormones, maybe look into that?
I would also love more info on Methylene Blue. I take it orally every 3 days & for some time I was also applying it to my skin by mixing it with aloe vera gel & ascorbic acid powder but my goodness it’s messy even after it has turned clear but even though it’s turned clear, anything it gets on it will turn it blue other than your skin. Also, it became such a process of mixing & diluting & applying so I took a break. I need to learn of a new way to apply it maybe in a toner? Adding it to a toner would be perfect but we’d need to mix it to an acid. Any ideas?

Dr. Shani I’m 68 years old and was and still am in very good shape. However I did get Lyme a year ago with small intestine bacterial overgrowth known as Sibo and rocky mountain fever. Call infection. I was bitten on June 8 a month later I started going through hell for three months until after many tests in and out of hospitals I was finally diagnosed with Lyme. I was so ill, and in pain due to the area of where this tick had bitten me had affected my nerve endings, and I have so much more I could say, but I won’t. I was barely able to brush my teeth on a daily basis, didn’t take my BHRT half the time. I suffered greatly for those few months, and I lost collagen elastin fat in my face in my arms underneath my eyes. I never have had issues with dark circles and just occasional puffiness. I feel that I’m going through detoxification, since I was on antibiotics for nearly 5 months and other meds, I am still suffering with the Rocky Mountain tick fever. I am getting better, so no worries, however, I don’t know what to do about this under eye bluish and occasional puffiness. If you have any suggestions, I’m certainly open. Thank you in advance. I just purchased the collagen gummies, I take your collagen powder and other supplements

Very informative video thanks Rajani. I’m 74 and always looked after my skin but now I’m finding the retinol, acids, and everything else doesn’t help the marionette lines and wrinkles. I’m on a very limited budget so cannot afford salons etc but I am interested to hear you mention facial exercises. Could you please direct viewers to a reliable video on these or hopefully you have done one yourself which would be even better. 😊
Marionette lines come from the breaking down of bone structure beneath the skin. Facial exercises combine with the use of devices, such as facial flex type. The face responds quickly to facial exercise, but must be kept up.
I was reluctant to do tear trough filler (never used filler before) so I tried 3 sessions of PRF to target my under eye area. I found it to be helpful with overall skin texture and helped shrink my pores. I did not notice a difference with the hollowness of my undereye area. I spent $800 for each PRF session. In the end, I did end up doing tear trough filler in the under eye by a board certified plastic surgeon and I am beyond happy with my results. Would I do PRF again? I would if I had the extra money! I noticed a difference in my overall skin quality however, I do not believe PRF helps with volume loss in the face. This is just my opinion based off personal experience :)
Wow so glad I saw your comment because I was about to do for my eyes but I was a bit skeptical on how it will help with the wrinkles. So what filler was used for your tear trough and did you feel any side effects ?
@@MarinaHuq-d5g I don’t remember honestly, it was hyaluronic filler. Either restylane or juvederm. What sort of exercise for the aging ladies? thank you. I have a situation where my skin is so fragile on legs that skin tears and open wounds happens easily. I need for my legs, arms, neck face etc.
A lot of the damage to skin and thinning/loosing hair is caused by demodex. They are the reason usually for those lines. I got first eczema on the eyelids 1 yr ago and had some tiny red bumps around the lips, a telltale sign for demodex. Then all of a sudden the lines started appearing, my hair/scalp was itching. Was getting tiny bumps on face or body, and that was no acne lol. To sum it up, my hair and skin quality changed in 2-3 months. I went to a skin doc and she just shrugged and said , I can try fungal shampoo and otherwise there's no treatment lol. When someone is younger demodex make skin dry as they feed on the oil in skin, they cause allergies, rosacea, drying, and a lot of other conditions. Not everybody has strong adverse reactions, mostly itching. Skin doctors say they are part of the skin flora, they are considered an eco parasite. I think, that beauty doctors should start maybe paying attention to demodex, as it can be one of the solutions against ageing. Even if the skin is not thin , they still cause adverse effects. I like retinol, castor oil, rose water and glycolic acid for exfoliation. Thanks , Doc Rajani🥰

Can any of these be used on the skin around the eyes (e.g, under eyes, brow area, near the lacrimal caruncle)? I’ve been using Tret .01 for over 30 years and it absolutely has prevented wrinkles and I was a sun worshipper. I think people who start Tret later in life, once wrinkles or thinning has started, they don’t have as good as an experience. People don’t like the peeling and sensitivity. But I dealt with that 30 years ago (Tret was prescribed due to cystic acne) and since I’ve never stopped using it I don’t have net side effects. There are topical non systemic E and P topicals for skin cream that absolutely help plump the skin.

Info on inflammation....just started taking an antiinflammatory supplement called Urolithin A. It is fantastic to reduce inflammation in the body. I take for osteoarthritis but was shocked when my swollen legs / ankles went right down within a week on it. I had tried every diet, every supplement for the last 30 years and nothing helped. Every aging person needs this supplement... because inflammation is increasing as we age. It is a game changer. Also on NMN and transresveratol. Not much difference on my skin , slightly better. Started my 99 year old Mom on NMN and Orolithin....My sister and brother in-law came to visit and couldn't get over how good Mom looked....she has no wrinkles except the two between her eyes, skin sagging is there. Mom eats cantaloupe every morning..full of SOD!! Another game changer for skin and anti-aging. Question...what are your thoughts on Stem cell like Neogenesis and Korean product called Caviplla...now called Plla. I use both with the Time Master Pro machine and feel it plumps the skin .

Lisa from Peaches Skin Care does a lot of videos on facial exercises. Here is just one example. th-cam.com/video/3pYbVBz6wuY/w-d-xo.html
Marionette lines come from the breaking down of bone structure beneath the skin. Facial exercises combine with the use of devices, such as facial flex type. The face responds quickly to facial exercise, but must be kept up.
Facial exercises definitely help.
There a quite a few here on utube. Just type in "Facial Excerices" .

I probably paid almost double but it was so so so worth it. I have zero bags and I don’t wear makeup anymore. Thank you Dr. For solutions in thin skin reversal and not just prevention! God bless!!❤
Please tell me how can I thicken my skin, my skin become thin caused by home remedies...
I think soolantra cream can kill them..
What is demodex?
@@denisedenise9530 it's a mite that lives in the pores of the skin. Especially the pores on the face, particularly eyelashes. In many cases they cause dry eye and inflammation, hair and eyelash loss. Dogs can pick it up from humans. When some dogs get it, they have a highly inflammatory reaction known as "mange". A truly heartbreaking condition for the poor canine

I would love to see a video about E2 creams. I ask my doctors about compounding creams and they have no idea what I’m talking about.
So grateful for your innovations with natural fillers 🙏🏼
Can any of these be used on the skin around the eyes (e.g, under eyes, brow area, near the lacrimal caruncle)? Skin thinning (as well as fat loss) tends to happen on these different areas around the eyes.
Is there a product that can reverse these issues and is safe to use around the eyes?
I’m looking for a ‘permanent’ solution that will thicken & strengthen my skin around the eyes, as well as restore fat loss if possible. I don’t want any temporary procedures that have to be repeated regularly, or anything that would damage my skin in the long run. I just need something that can naturally restore at least some of what was lost of my skin thickness & fat pads.
I’m not sure if something like this exists, but if it does, let me know because I’d really like to try it.

Did they check your testosterone levels as well? That really drives up the cancer. Eating sweets will feed it fast too. I cured myself with the Gerson Diet. Unfortunately, most people do not follow the exact recipe in the book and end up salting it and adding herbs. Idiots. X
