    Place ice cubes into a Ziploc bag. Almond oil rubbed into and around the belly button can make your face glow. Tamanu oil is a miracle for glowing skin. Frownies, Blumbody, Petite Pluie wrinkle tapes work very well.

      Try putting it say an hour before going to bed so it has time to get absorbed. Then just before bed put the tape.

    • @stephanieilluzzi7355
      @stephanieilluzzi7355 3 วันที่ผ่านมา +6

      I think @slav_o has a great suggestion to wait about an hour b4 taping. I use a tape on my 11’s before any creams or oils (especially a castor & argan oil mixture I use) because even after waiting an hour the tape won’t stick. But if you use more tapes on other areas of your face, it’s difficult! Maybe you’d have to alternate nights.

    I'll also try gradually lowering the temperature in the shower, targeting the localized adipose pads and the laxities in my last 15 seconds with actual cold water before coming out of the shower.

    I looked for the 2020 study you referenced in regards to the DIY mask, but I can only find oral avocado consumption studied...not topical application. Can you please post a link to the study? Thanks in advance. ❣

      I've used them that way for years. It's easier to mash. I've got a face mask recipe book from the 1950's. It was a time-tested mask even then.

      Try a cold roller massage. Not ice if that happens. Think lymphatics

    i can't find a cleanser that doesn't have an exfoliating effect. should all cleansers be like that? like i've used cetaphil forever and have never been able to find a replacement cleanser that doesn't make my face feel dry, grainy or greasy (can't do squalane). all of them have glycolic acid or glycerin or "glyc" .. finding a basic cleanser has been a nightmare lmao

    General question...One day I stumbled across DNA testing to determine what's best for your skin type and genetic markers and predispositions to determine what you should be using for your skin. Is this a scam or is there any validity to this?
