    Thanks Dr Rajani. Another informative video. Unfortunately there’s people rocking up in the comments section with overtly spiteful commentary trying to bring everyone else down to their low level self esteem, that level that compels nastiest. I feel sorry for them, I would hate to have that level of self loathing as I age. After all this channel is about improving ourselves holistically, not just cosmetically but from within using dietary means and exercise etc. Thanks for helping me look at ageing proactively, for my benefit.❤

    I’m glad you brought up fat loss. Does Morpheus 8 also burn facial fat? I’d gone in for a facial and they gave me 1 complimentary Ultherapy session. I immediately noticed w/in the week that there was fat loss from it. So I’ve held off on everything except serums etc. Microneedling alone seems better for the face then w/RF. Nasolabial folds and lower eye fat loss are so common, I’m extremely surprised someone hasn’t come up with a very shortened, less invasive version of the face lift. The half lift isn’t bad but I feel it needs to be redeveloped. If someone could easily remove the fat up by the temples to tighten , it pulls back everything. With a full face lift, you’re cutting the ears, hairline etc. There's got to be a better way.

    • @AlexandraEmerald
      @AlexandraEmerald ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@midnightRider8428 thank you for sharing your experience! That is a huge help. After doing research, I’d prefer regular microneedling w/out RF, Peels to resurface, and I guess filler. I have the stereotypical nasolabial folds and lower eye fat loss. They need to invent something that stimulates collagen w/out affecting the fat layer. Even with eye filler, I know to go to an eye dr bc I’ve heard of too many cases where the filler migrated and you don’t want that esp around the eyes.

    Rf microneedling is one of the three favourite treatments for my clients and myself. And yes, one should know what they are doing and be careful with each individual skin condition and specifications. Essential oils, LED therapy, herbal extracts, snail mucus, just a few to name but wonderful supplements for your skin. I stand firmly against fillers and toxins. @epierce4770 ปีที่แล้ว

      I usually dont reply to comments but this copper must be taken with zinc is extremely dangerous for some people myself including who destroyed my health by taking a simple copper supplement at the RDA value. Never take copper without testing copper serum, zinc plasma, and ceruloplasmin. If you have low levels of zinc (most people do from a functional perspective) and not sufficient amounts of ceruloplasmin copper will not be bioavailable and store as a toxic heavy metal in your brain and body wrecking havoc on your mental health, thyroid, adrenals and hormones. I am not being dramatic when I say copper destroyed me and it took me over a year after discovering it was the copper supplement to get my health back. So sure while some people will be fine and others will have a slightly negative impact there are still a good percentage of people that will have huge negative consequences from this advice. Only way to know is testing and maybe read Nutrient Power by Dr. William Walsh to learn more. That book saved my life as I would of had no idea it was the copper and been able to correct it without that book. Zinc on the other hand does not store as a toxic heavy metal in the body and actually helps build a protein metallothionein that helps to eliminate heavy metals from the body so the advice to take zinc is not nearly as dangerous.

    • @epierce4770
      @epierce4770 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Also one more note if you do testing and find you do in fact need copper supplementation. Incredibly rare due to its pervasiveness in the environment you do not want to take zinc and copper together because they are antagonists so they should always be taken separately. You also never want to take zinc at the same time as calcium or iron or very little will be absorbed.

I wanted to have dermabrasion, but my skin was judged too thin for that. Tretinoin has helped a lot, but I still have scars. I started taking bovine collagen peptide powder to make my skin thicker and it helped prevent scarring and reduced most of the discoloration. Btw, tretinoin, applied to a small wound like a popped pimple or a scratch, helps prevent scarring amazingly. I tried other so-called scar healers on the market, but they were worthless.

This was damage that nature would not have done, I know beyond doubt. Scar creams don't work for this type of scarring. Called a PS office, and they without seeing me, suggested fat injections. idk what to do. Also, aging had made so much worse, due to loss of elasticity, some bit of sagging making this worse. There are thus two issues, address or tightening the skin, as he mentions here, would help, and/or find a trusted someone to 'know' what is the best treatment. I don't have loads of money for a mistake or what will not work. I have started in earnest collagen, which reminds me, long ago, they used to inject bovine collagen, what happened to that? I knew an asian lady, thick skin, who got rid of her acne scars like you can't believe. She had it all dermbrsn, chemical peels, punch grafts etc. She was fearless.
