Demi may look young at 61 but her face doesn't look like the Demi we knew, looks different. She's obviously done other things apart from just skin care products.
I have lots of questions. Maybe you can reply to some of them. I know your very busy. Ok so does the trifecta skin care lighten age-sun spots or is it really necessary to get a Lazer type treatment to remove them. I am 62 and have many on my face. Next question is,what if your skin is sensative? I tried using hyaluronic acid once and it burned my face. So if I buy your products and it burns what do you suggest? Next question is related to sleep. I have developed deep wrinkles on one side of my face which a dermatologist said is because I only sleep on one side so my head is turned to the left and my right cheek has in the past few yrs developed these wrinkles. I'm confused because I have slept this way all my life so what has caused the wrinkles to develop and retain their definition at my age but not when I was 50 or 55? If sleep is good for the body which I believe and it's uncomfortable to sleep on my left side or back then will I sabotage the results of a vertical restore soon after, if I continue to sleep with my head turned in one direction as I sleep on my stomach? Have you operated on patients in their 60s and do you have photos of the results? You seem to prefer or show photos of younger woman so I was curious. Thank you so much for your informative videos. I appreciate any information you can offer in reference to my questions. Perhaps you can speak more about the topic of sleep and how it can adversely affect your facial skin and why. I have really soft beautiful skin my whole life and few wrinkles but now I look like one side of my face is 45 and the other side looks like I am 70. It's very troubling to me and would love for you to explain more on this topic. Thank you again. Debbie

I’m 69 and I’ve had no surgical intervention…yet. I work out every day. No smoking or drinking EVER! My mantra is, “ABC, NO SUN FOR ME!” I have a highly researched, dedicated skincare routine that I do every night without fail, no exceptions. I wash my face, neck, chest and hands with a cleansing oil, then a gentle cream cleanser. The first skin products I use are a growth factor cream (about a dime size) and 4 drops of a growth serum mixed in the palms of my hands and apply to my face, neck, chest, and hands. After it’s absorbed I mix four drops of a multi-peptide serum with four drops of a niacinamide serum in my palms and apply to my face, neck, chest, and hands. After that’s absorbed I apply prescription tretinoin (every night) on my face, neck, chest, hands and forearms. After that’s absorbed I use a very rich skin cream on my face, neck, chest, hands and forearms. I do shave my entire face every couple of weeks, trust me, this is a good thing. I have zero investment in looking younger, in my world younger is 65! Come on, what am I shooting for?! Chasing youth is silly and unrealistic! I simply want to look like a well kept 69 year old who still cares about my appearance and makes an effort! I will be 70 in April. I became a grandmother for the first time at 69 and I feel great! I’m still in good shape, I’m happy, active, and have a lot to look forward to. We are only allowed one skin and it’s with us our entire lives. It makes logical sense to take care of the skin we’re given. My family usually lives well into their 90’s, so I’m very invested in taking the best care of my skin and body health as possible!
Hiy , i dont no what too use anymore, i never used a serum , can you please tell me what your use and is this for a bigginer, thank you for your comment, i hope you will respons greating paula from the Nederlands 🎉
Happy Birthday Dr Karam! Wishing you good health, peace and joy! As a 67 yr old who takes extremely good care of my skin, I am jealous of all of your patients. They are blessed to have had you as their surgeon! Congratulations!🎊
At one time her face looked rough due to fillers, lately she looks natural and young, in my opinion - this is the merit of her plastic surgeon. Well, and of course, $1500 worth of care😊
Agree, but I also think had she used this amazing skincare only sporadically, she wouldn't have had such great skin. It really comes down to consistency, as Dr Karam says :)
I completely believe this too! I work out with weights. I’m focused on building my bones and muscle system and I walk everyday. And I am 38 and look younger than I did when I was 33! My fine lines have reversed aged! I believe weight lifting and building muscle is the fountain of youth.
Love Demi, she is so beautiful and talented ❤! Who is her latest plastic surgeon, did someone know that? Her results now is so delicate and natural ❤️, so perfect work!
Happy Birthday, Dr. Karam!!! Wish I could afford you;) But I appreciate your videos and helpful advice on skin care! Many, many happy returns of the day!🎉
Always loved Demi Moore. She is still so very stunning. And you Doctor, have very nice skin and look fabulous at 50…. Thank you for sharing your knowledge on skin….
What ever she has done, it's done so nice, nothing too much, natural look and that is important and that is why she looks so good. No large lips and too much of fillers.. just nice and natural look. Thank you dr ❤

No, she doesn't look as she has always looked! She has never had high cheek bones, then she had them. Then she got face lifts and whatever...and so on and on and on. When you are changing and everything in your life is changing, too, why would you expect to look the same as years ago? Find your NEW YOU and your NEW look! Stop chasing what you've lost. Shine your light! This is for all women who are much more than their external appearance. And never let men judge!
Demi Moore looks beautiful and she has great skin. I like a plant based diet but I eat mostly chicken, fish and red meat maybe twice a month. I like Almond Milk, no salt or sugar and nuts, berries and high protein food. I learn so much watching Skin School videos and I am wishing you a Happy Birthday Dr. Karam and Happy 3rd Birthday Trifecta.
Irrespective of what she's had done surgically, she has a great body, beautiful hair, lovely clear eyes. Her body skin is really good i.e. her arms, hands, legs etc. Let's face it she looks good! Women make excuses for not looking after themselves and feel bitter towards others who work hard at keeping their bodies fit & healthy.
I totally agree....lots of "sour grapes" comments here. Demi's surgery looks great because she has a "clean healthy" palate (through good diet and exercise) to begin with. There are a lot of people who get plastic surgery and still look bad because they're trying to erase years of a terrible diet, no exercise, bad habits, etc. and of course that doesn't work.
Yeah they try and shame anyone who actually makes an effort to look good. I get it, its difficult and expensive to combat aging, so maybe they just bury their heads in the sand and pretend its not so bad, then get triggered when no one else agrees with them. But face yoga and other less expensive treatments (even anti aging subliminals which Ive seen good results with!!) have made anti aging more accessible to everyone. I think everyone deserves to feel good about themselves, not just the rich
@@missyperry9510 Agree about the sour grapes, some of the people comment could really focus on the mind-body connection that Demi refers to. Demi has always been a beautiful woman, so she started out with a genetic advantage. While she's 61, she looks like a woman in her mid-40's, that is achievable with good skin care.

Yes, Demi looks great and as many & I suspect is due to a lot of plastic surgeries! But Dr. Karam is correct, the foundation has to be there. Good diet, good skincare regime, and a good consistent exercise plan. The earlier you start the better!

Happy Birthday Dr. Karam! I love all your videos- so informative and easy to comprehend. And yes, I would absolutely love to see a video about your diet.
I agree with the OP. The rich don't have the same level of stress as someone who has to feed two kids and pay for bills every month. I worked with the rich: most of their problems are self-imposed and come from having so much money in the first place. No disrespect to others' opinions, of course, but in my experience, the stress levels don't even compare
Happy birthday! Today is my husbands birthday as well! I do believe in good skincare, but I don’t think spending more $ on it is going to make a big difference. I was talked into getting this 200.00 product. It was going to give me firmer looking skin. It did nothing!! I now use just the basics . Vit c, retinol for nighttime. Moisturizer and sunscreen. I wash my face with cetaphil.. I am 66. Lift weights 5days a week. Eat healthy, and try to live a stress free life😬. Thanks for the info.
I watched over 600 educational videos of different dermatologists over 1.5 years. I started to take really good and proper care of my skin because of all the learning from wonderful dermatologists like yourself. Im so happy with my skin. I look like 30 in my almost 50. So happy. Like you said, commitment, being consistent, active, sleep, food, thats what it takes to look any age you want ❤
Dr. Karam has amazing skin for 50. I would be more interested in learning about his skin care regimen and treatments he’s had than his clients! 😊 Also I’m a vegan and I would like to mention that the biggest problem in the vegan diet isn’t getting enough protein, it’s getting enough iron. I make sure to drink beet juice daily to make sure my iron levels aren’t low, otherwise protein isn’t a problem at all, all foods have protein. Too much protein is actually unhealthy and leads to heart disease. Not getting enough iron is more of a problem for vegans, especially those of us who regularly do HIT
The major thing is consistency taking care of our skin and our body. Exercise to get good blood flow, nutrient-rich diet, solid sleep regiment, Limit alcohol and stress and sun exposure, Focus on lymphatic drainage if possible. For skin care have a gentle aloe glycerin base cleanser double cleanse for makeup, use peptide serum and creams, incorporate niacinamide, retinol, vitamin c, squalene, facial oils and definitely hyaluronic acid in skin care
So sad that there r so many haters out there! I think anyone able to afford surgery, or even simple night creams, as a woman, uses those options. If I cud afford a surgical lift, I wud, as I think most women wud, but if u wudnt, good for you! Everything is a personal preference! The point is that Demi is taking care of her body & being gracious to share things that work for her! Instead, many so readily opt to criticize someone who, obviously, looks & feels amazing bc they work for it and can afford it. Be happy for them! No one looks exactly as they ever did before! Thank you for sharing, Demi! Keep doing wat u r doing!
OMG! She has had so many cosmetic procedures. It’s easy to look young when you can afford cosmetic surgeries. What a disservice to normal, ordinary women everywhere who are trying to take care of their skin with good skincare.

I am new to Dr Karam's videos and I would say he is very honest, especially when he spoke about the Botox on aging women around the eyes that could make it worst. That's exactly the case with me. She started a short hair trend with her global hit "Ghost" during a time when women were all about big curly hair and now she is breaking the stereotype again by maintaining very long hair at an age when women are told it's supposed to be more youthful to wear a shorter hairstyle. Love her for that. Anyway, I think the worst procedure she has ever done is what seems to be bucal fat removal when she opened that fashion show sometime during the pandemic but I'm glad she's back to her usual face now.
The answer is very simple: she is in an industrie, and in a society, that just can’t accept women getting old. Obviously it is hard for all of us. She probably needs to be on the spotlight to feel good about herself. Being forgotten is pretty hard. Now she can talk about skin care, how she looks wonderful at her age and in the process make money.
Demi looks incredible BUT the biggest impact to her youthful look is a lip lift and a facelift. Yes her skin looks good but if not for the surgeries, we wouldn’t be talking about her looks in this way. She’s also maintained her body (possible surgeries to help) and has incredible styling with clothing and make-up. Nothing wrong with all of that btw and I definitely am inspired by how amazing she looks at 60+ even if there’s a lot of magic involved. Yes.. Please do a vid on your grocery list and overall routine. It’s inspiring to see what others do to stay healthy. Also would love a focused deep dive into lip lifts 💕☀️💕

Demi may look young at 61 but her face doesn't look like the Demi we knew, looks different. She's obviously done other things apart from just skin care products.
It's less of skin care and more so her facelift that makes her look so young.
Debbie

Over 60 and looks really young. Only a facelift can do that. She is a celebrity and i cannot blame her. No amount of skincare can do that.
You have a good routine ❤
Just xoom in your profile picture. Your skin is absolutely fabulous. You don't look 69.
@@diopfifi4937 You are very kind, thank you!
How old is he? I must have missed it. Thx
At one time her face looked rough due to fillers, lately she looks natural and young, in my opinion - this is the merit of her plastic surgeon. Well, and of course, $1500 worth of care😊
she looks good,,,,,but I see a facelift ....
Did you say weightlifting has reverse-aged you? Or was it the walking?

The pressure we aging women have to endure is mindblowing 😢
Love Demi, she is so beautiful and talented ❤! Who is her latest plastic surgeon, did someone know that? Her results now is so delicate and natural ❤️, so perfect work!
Maybe is this doctor here 😂
Happy Birthday, Dr. Karam!!! Wish I could afford you;) But I appreciate your videos and helpful advice on skin care! Many, many happy returns of the day!🎉
Love that you said “my patients are my teachers”. That’s a good doctor there. And Happy Birthday! 🎈
Thank you!
@svetlana1107 💯 the vast majority of us would be thrilled to look like her. And to those who claim it’s “just plastic surgery” that is just not true.
It’s called major facelifts baby!

She lost nothing! She stayed in shape, she watched her diet and you can see that she has been on Retin A for 30 plus years.
I don't expect women who've never changed to agree. Feminine energy is deep inside...
She has had a breast surgery some body sculpting going way back on Indecent Proposal 1993 movie with Robert Redford
@@libbyzg6611 also a lot of work for charlie's angels.
Yet at least three Facelifts have made more of an impact on flawless skin than her extremely expensive skin care
True. Most of it is due to jealousy but they will never admit it
I love all of your videos Dr. Karam ! I’ve learned so much about skincare and high quality products to use from watching your channel ! Thank you for always keeping us informed
Yes, she is beautiful but almost all redone.
Dr Karam, you are presenting us Demi Moore image but this is impossible to obtain for all of us. This is not positive at all. That's make non sense. We simply do not have the budget to reach these goals or esthetic results. In facts it's more depressing for your public. Sorry to say that but it's the truth.
What has been redone?
@@truth-alwayswins3 facelifts, fillers and botox
totally agree !!
I’m glad they fixed her face after the last surgery, I thought it was permanent. What was that?
A good plastic surgeon can fix it
Just subscribed to your channel. I love the way you break things down to a everyday persons knowledge of skincare. Plus I appreciate the fact that you are rather humble and down to earth whilst providing a vast amount of information and everyday advice. Keep on doing what youre doing. Great work!!
Welcome!!
I love your app! I plan on extending for another year. Each plan is simple and teaches you step by step, thank you for encouraging all!
Happy happy birthday Dr. Karam!! It was my 57th birthday yesterday and no one believes my age. It’s not just your skill and technique, but your aesthetics that are impeccable…as is your anti-ageing and youth-preserving advice for our skin. If I can ever have any cosmetic procedures, I’d never want to go to anyone but you! An inexpensive, readily available and highly effective skincare line who pioneered retinoids is RoC. Also, HOTTEST 60-YEAR OLD: MONICA BELLUCCI!!!!!
She is putting effort into looking healthy and it’s working ❤
And 70% is make-up, good lightning and surgery. Not something every woman can relate to. I know lot of women that age who look stunning without that 70%. Just a touch of make up, 80% good health and all happy families. Glowing love❤ and their beauty is in their eyes.
Would love info on diet!!!!!! Thank you so much for all of your educational videos. They are very helpful!!!
You are so welcome!
Dr. Karam once I turn 49 I’m coming to see you for a facelift. I’m 46 and no jowls and my face still looks good. It might be sooner though for the visit! Thank you for the great videos. I have avoided fillers because of your education except once I did 30 units of Botox and I actually liked it. Not sure I would do it again though.
I agree she has had facelifts. Skin cream alone can’t make you look like that.

Most important is mindset. Releasing Cortisol from the mind & body, it changes everything from skin softness to glowing eyes, even facial shape & also your Immune system. I have experienced this I can attest to this.
Me too -Im using anti aging subliminals and the law of attraction and it works better than HRT ever has!
Rather Demi has had facelifts or or not she looks phenomenal!! If she has had one it definitely didn't ruin her face she looks rhe same!! She's beautiful ❤
She looks fantastic! Whatever she’s doing it’s working and let’s be honest she was always a naturally stunning woman. Really informative, thank you! Ps your skin is glowing ❤ I trust your advice.
Yes, Demi looks great and as many & I suspect is due to a lot of plastic surgeries! But Dr. Karam is correct, the foundation has to be there. Good diet, good skincare regime, and a good consistent exercise plan. The earlier you start the better!
Thank you for this video. You are absolutely right. I am 51 and I feel like I am in my 20s. I am a neurologist and I just try to be happy and take a good care of myself. 😍
Happy Birthday my 'Facial and Skin Guru'🎂!!!!!
Dr Karam, I'd love for your wife to do some diet & nutritional videos.
Even just a short series with a focus on menopausal women and their changing protein needs.
Thanks for the idea! I'll consider that for the future!
Happy Birthday! Love your dedication to skin care. I hear what you’re saying and am interested in your skincare. But, even though a good price point, I am equally as interested in knowing the differences in the quality of your ingredients compared to others. After all it is also about the quality of all products. I hope to hear your valuable input. Many thanks.

She is the only celebrity who mentioned that our neck has not only front but back as well 😊we have to use skincare 360
She has no stress and tons of money for plastic surgery that’s why
Agreed
No stress ? How do You know that :-) ?
Trust me money doesnt make life stress go away
Why would she not have stress! EVERYONE has a stress. It's how you deal with it.
I recently began following you and am so happy I did, appreciate your advice so much, thank you!
Thanks for the follow and glad to hear you're enjoying the content.
Dame Demi Moore looks great!! Loved her in all her movies, especially St Elmo’s Fire
It’s called money, lol. Lots of money.
Happy birthday! Yes to a healthy diet video
Appreciate all the education you provide to us.
It's my pleasure!
Happy Birthday Dr Karim! Love your approach to diet and exercise.
Thank you!
Happy Birthday! I would love to see a video or two on your diet and how we can make sure to get enough nutrients.
Thanks and noted!
Happy Birthday Dr Amir…have a grand healthy skin day! 😊
Thank you!
That diet video looks very interesting, would love to see that!
YES! I would love to see a video about DR Karam’s Diet!
OMG! She has had so many cosmetic procedures. It’s easy to look young when you can afford cosmetic surgeries. What a disservice to normal, ordinary women everywhere who are trying to take care of their skin with good skincare.

Happy Birthday Doctor Koram
I am new to Dr Karam's videos and I would say he is very honest, especially when he spoke about the Botox on aging women around the eyes that could make it worst. That's exactly the case with me. Tried it once last year and never went back. His opinions and tips are so honest he earned my trust. I just turned 55 this August and look 40. I agreed exercise, consistency, and how we feel on the inside matters.
What do you do you 55 and looks 40 any advice please 😊

Yes the food video would be great
Definitely interested in your diet so yes please to your video on this
She started a short hair trend with her global hit "Ghost" during a time when women were all about big curly hair and now she is breaking the stereotype again by maintaining very long hair at an age when women are told it's supposed to be more youthful to wear a shorter hairstyle. Love her for that. Anyway, I think the worst procedure she has ever done is what seems to be bucal fat removal when she opened that fashion show sometime during the pandemic but I'm glad she's back to her usual face now.
Demi was an icon.
She battled alcoholism , substance abuse, depression, was a smoker so weird choice on healthy lifestyle. Beautiful lady regardless.
She looks very natural. The plastic surgery doctor did a great job!!! I wish you can give us the name of the doctor!!!😊
Everyone commenting should watch the substance.

Yes..
