  • Have you ever been to Washington, D.C., in July? Wow! That was hot! I suffered a bit of heat exhaustion after filming this one! This is a great beginner step workout where we'll do foundational step moves and add fun arm patterns when comfortable.
    Description:
    Get moving with a great step aerobics workout right in front of the Washington Monument. Begin with a fun warm-up. Then move through three fun step sections. Foot patterns remain simple, but you can add fun arm variations once you feel comfortable. A quick cool down and stretch are included at the end.

    Oh yes...............i finished the workout. I was tired by the 3rd segment but then i thought when Jenny is doing it why can`t i too! Thank you for this sweaty good workout. I used to do step aerobics years back.Got back to it only very recently. Your style of step aerobics is suiting for me.

    Just this morning found you for the first time. It's a new day. I'm ready to begin my journey back to strength and wellness after a 60 lb weight gain since last August. Worked from home, sitting at my desk, baking in between etc.

    Thanks for this sweaty new exercise! 😊 Although I' m more on a basic to intermediate stepping level, I'm thankful for this new training unit, especially because of the fun arms! 💪💪
    I will give this a try this evening, by using small dumbbells for the arm-movements as an extra training.
    Once again, I'm really happy about having found such a fabulous and sympathetic instructor. Stay as you are, Jenny! 💟💟

    I just recently discovered you and your many varied workout videos. As a 56 year old girl getting back in shape I appreciate the many choices. I have lost 10 pounds in 8 weeks and I know moving my body is the only way to do it. Thanks again for such motivating words and attitude and instruction.

    I'm loving your workouts during COVID-19 shut down/working from home. I've been doing them for about 6 or 7 weeks. I use to make it only 8 minutes before pausing for a break but now I can go up to about 12-15 minutes before a pause break. I feel in shape and I don't breath as hard when exercising and I've loss 9 pounds in 8 weeks.

    Thanks for this great workout! Sometimes, especially with the step, I feel like some of the 'beginner' workouts aren't really, and all the complicated steps are overwhelming to me. Not this one, this was perfect! Great workout with varied moves that even we thoroughly-uncoordinated can take a reasonable stab at performing. I needed a few quick water/catch my breath breaks, but feel very accomplished I got this done today. I will be back!

    Don't know if it's just me but the video quality isn't that great, it's kind of blurry. All your other outdoor videos are sharp and high definition quality. Regardless, a great workout as always.
