- { Fatal Error - create2dtexture, The GPU device instance has been Suspended }
Don't worry here's the solution.
The Steps are as Follows -
1) Disable " Shader Preload ".
2) Disable " Shader Preload during Cinematics ".
3) The game will load faster now, without any errors.
4) Once loaded, Enable Shader Preload only.
5) Enjoy !
6) If the error still persists, Roll back to the lowest possible graphics settings.
7) Hope you found it useful.
For Sure Results, you need -
1) A Good PC that Supports Modern Warfare - Remastered ( Very Essential )
2) Latest Graphics Drivers ( Nvidia Studio Ready Drivers or Game Ready Drivers )
3) Updated Windows ( Mine is Windows 11 Pro)

Thanks a lot for posting this! The exact same solution didn't work for me, but when I kept the Shader Preload off and reduced the frame rate to 30 FPS I stopped getting the error.

Thanks! I knew its something wrong with the game as my gpu never had this problem before. Doing a cod campaign run of all games. I guess this problem will come up again in other cod series so all shaders preload will be off now.

There is no way... that I spent days going through forums, deleting and redownloading the game, my graphics drivers, etc. Only to come across this video now and it works first try...

Wtf?, it really worked! i deleted the game a month ago because of this error and i thought it gonna fix everything by re-downloading it and i couldn't be able to download the game again due to internet issues but now i just re-downloaded it and this fixed the issue. Tysm!

First of all, this solytion actually works. I don't know if the error occurs on the same mission cinematic or it being a matter of luck but I also had the error appeared, on the same cinematic. Good job mate!!
