I’m still not sure who I am I feel like I have traits of all of them. I avoid physical conflicts bc I wasnt taught how to fr but I will if I have to. I’m ambivert, intelligent, a loner with friends. In some groups I’m the leader and in some I’m not. I go by what’s needed. I carry myself well as far as appearance. My mom had a mn abusive childhood and it made her strong. She was an alpha. She had amazing confidence and could do anything she set her mind to. The thing that made me really see her ad an alpha was that she inspired her friend but she lifted other women. She always made them feel important and brought out confidence in some of her beta friends. I can go into alpha mode but easily back off an allow a more alpha female take control IF they are a TRUE alpha. A true alpha female is 't just loud and pushy. Many women want to be alphas but really aren't. I have a hard time backing down from one of these false alphas. Overall though, I don't want or need a big friend group or need people all the time. I think for most of my life, I have been Sigma but can often roll into any of the other types and I tend to need alone time. I think alphas need to lead and need people. Sigmas can be alone and often need it.

I don't know where you get this information from, the Alpha seems more like what would be called an ENTJ in Jungian Analytical Psychology, actual, real psychology, the Sigma seems more like the INTJ, but not exactly. INTJs are Ni (Introverted iNtuitive) people, Ni people crave loyalty from others, where Ne (Extroverted iNtuitive) people want to be loyal to others. I am gamma.. on a combination of introvert extrovert. I'm well educated and intelligent even if I have my own mess ups every now and then but I fix them. I have to pace myself because I've overdone it and then got lupus and was forced to slow down, yet also very athletic and love to stay busy and organized and clean.

You forgot the Zeta Female. As an Alpha I married a Sigma female, it turned my life upside down. From having many friends to almost zero. She is like a magnet to me, it was as if I was being transformed into a Sigma. Now I met an Omega female as a second wife and I am finding my path again as an Alpha. A Sigma can obliterate the confidence of an Alpha if you do not watch out. Never make your life about her. It is about you first than the rest!

I’m still not sure who I am I feel like I have traits of all of them. I avoid physical conflicts bc I wasnt taught how to fr but I will if I have to. I’m ambivert, intelligent, a loner with friends. In some groups I’m the leader and in some I’m not. I go by what’s needed. I carry myself well as far as appearance. I’m driven and an overachiever when I’m passionate about something but that's it sometime I procrastinate there or let it fall by the wayside. 🤷🏾♀️

My mom had a mn abusive childhood and it made her strong. She was an alpha. She had amazing confidence and could do anything she set her mind to. The thing that made me really see her ad an alpha was that she inspired her friend but she lifted other women. She always made them feel important and brought out confidence in some of her beta friends. I can go into alpha mode but easily back off an allow a more alpha female take control IF they are a TRUE alpha. A true alpha female is 't just loud and pushy. Many women want to be alphas but really aren't. I have a hard time backing down from one of these false alphas. Overall though, I don't want or need a big friend group or need people all the time. I think for most of my life, I have been Sigma but can often roll into any of the other types and I tend to need alone time. I think alphas need to lead and need people. Sigmas can be alone and often need it.

I don't know where you get this information from, the Alpha seems more like what would be called an ENTJ in Jungian Analytical Psychology, actual, real psychology, the Sigma seems more like the INTJ, but not exactly. INTJs are Ni (Introverted iNtuitive) people, Ni people crave loyalty from others, where Ne (Extroverted iNtuitive) people want to be loyal to others.
INTJ's voluntary cognitive functions from most dominant to least dominant are: Ni (Introverted iNtuition), Te (Extroverted Thinking), Fi (Introverted Feeling), and Se (Extroverted Sensing); and their involuntary, subconscious cognitive functions most dominant to least dominant are Ne (Extroverted iNtuition), Ti (Introverted Thinking), Fe (Extroverted Feeling), and Si (Introverted Sensing).
