When you’re an alpha female but have social anxiety so everyone thinks you’re introverted.
alpha females don’t tend to have social anxieties they are ambitious and extremely confident.
its a sigma not an Alpha, Alpha cravesattention and they are strong when sorrounded by people.
Funny how I understood this and there are people who say it’s not. I knew i wasn't quite an Alpha....I've been told on sooo many occasions that i was mysterious, people don't really get me. I'm also very unique as far a my style goes...i don't really follow trends. I'm definitely introverted but get mistaken for an extrovert at times. I'm a natural leader but i don't necessarily have to be like a true Alpha... i think Aries and Aquarius women seem to be Sigmas.

Basically...I think everyone got all four type in them. These classification helps us to identify with one which we feel closer and makes us believe indirectly n accept that trait. All these four categories have a lot of positive traits. This makes us to stick to that and just follow that mindset even tho we feel like we don't care where we belong to. You can't "follow a mindset" for personality traits. You either have them or not, and building character takes a whole lot of commitment and effort, it's not something you can do, "because you like the sound of it in your head".

Our choice and comfort is that leads us to our personality. U "choose" to be something or do something because that makes u feel bttr or comfortable or happy. Some girls are Alpha in smtgh and that same person could act like a beta or sigma somewhere else. We have everything inside, situations leads us to bring out one type of these four personality and makes it dominant.

I don't believe in stereotypes or labels, and believe that all humans can develop their potential if they so wish(truly deep down).
But your default action without thinking in a given situation is what gives away what type of personality would be closer to you. If you have to think it you're not it. it's an act then.

Our conscious is what creates who we r.. but if we loose that we don't have that character we build. People say follow ur heart and follow ur mind...one is our thoughts and the other is our instinct...instict is our human nature...but thoughts are processed from what we learnt.. so the more we know about everything more complex we become. Oh exactly so similar, sometimes it's so irritating that I don't say anything in return but then i think it's not needed. Just leave them they're not that important. I'm a definite sigma. I never followed the crowd yet I wasn't a leader either. I tended to clash with the classic alpha as I didn't follow them and conform the way they wanted. I'm very loyal to my loved ones, I value mutual respect between people, I don't have any social media accounts like Facebook or Instagram. I appreciate solitude and do a lot of personal work on myself. I can be revengeful to someone who has wronged me and never apologized. However if they genuinely apologize, all is forgiven.

Look, I don't believe in astrology at all, but I think what's up is that you switch a lot because you are more hormonal (not a bad thing, it's natural).
You kinda remind me of me. Sometimes I feel like extreme alpha, then I get "beaten" by a bigger alpha and I become a beta (I look up to the alpha, but I don't take shit from them).
On other occasions, I feel very Sigma. I guess my weakest point is Omega. But again, I feel like a blend of all - I switch depending on the outside world. Like a chameleon.
That made me realize, you know how hormones affect our emotions a lot? It shows more in women, but men get the same too, just half times as often. (men get emotional once a month, women twice a month for simplificaton)
That's why we gotta take care of our men. Even tho they look intimidating to some women, I see more than that - agressive & greedy men are usually the most scared, and need some more warmth. (not defending criminal men by this, just an observation)

love how everyone is arguing over what type of female everyone else is and defending their own personality type like this is actual fact. honestly the people close to you could give a better judgement on your character than you probably could. also this doesn’t define what your personality is, it just shows some traits that females display which, may i point out, you probably display a bit of everything. people who base their personality from an outside source really piss me off because that’s not the true you and you’re trying to fit into a category of people to make yourself feel valid, not everyone does it but a lot of females on the internet do. don’t be like that, do your own thing and experience stuff for yourself, make mistakes and explore possibilities before you settle for something someone else has told you that you have to be. i’m pretty young but it doesn’t really take a genius to figure this stuff out.

Makes own plans and follows them without being told what to do. She is prepared for anything. Doesn't waste time with admiration, because she's on with the next task or goal. This video was far too kind to the beta personality. I would argue that using the word "brilliant" to describe beta females is an oxymoron. If they were brilliant they wouldn't be beta. They would realize that they care far too much about what other people think, so much so that it prevents them from doing and saying what they want. They place other peoples needs above their own, even when these other people don't really care about them. And beta females will usually not take chances or pursue things they want because of a concern over other girls opinions. Particular Alpha females will ensure beta females know their role and keep quiet. And the beta will actually think they are making the right choice by complying. As if pleasing the alpha female will somehow benefit them. At the end of the day the alpha female will take what they want, whether that be the man, the relationship, the job, or whatever other opportunity while the beta will sit back and let all of that pass them by. Potentially ended up alone and childless at an older age.

Alpha and Sigma are really the same thing. In a deeply socialized world you don't commonly see introverts in high places, which is what Sigma is. The cool thing about Alpha/Sigma girls is that they are the few (maybe 2%) of women that are not 'for sale'. The rest of the girls in a deeply socialized society will go out to the highest bidder.
No. Like the greek alphabet, Alpha take more initiative while Sigma observe their environment FIRST, then take an initiative. I'd say Alphas are more impulsive while Sigmas are more cautious. Thats why they make a good pair in business, in my opinion - they ground eachother.

Seeing anyone in the comments section shaming anyone being inspired or actually identified themselves as these types just know that is literally not what a real leader does.
