I have a question after you put the chocolate where did u put that one chiller of freezer?
Bcz its very hard to remove from the molt after put the chocolate
Pop them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes and then hit the tray flat against the counter and they should pop right out!

Not necessarily! But you do need something to shape them. I’d recommend using a muffin tin :)

What kind of chocolate are you using couverture chocolate?
I’m using Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers, but you can use other chocolate and just make sure to temper it!
