Spicy vodka pasta never gets old. A white onion, garlic, freshly grated parmesan, tomato paste, crushed red pepper flakes, calabrian chili peppers, vodka, heavy cream, butter, and some al dente pasta makes for such a good flavor. Make sure to cook the tomato paste and if you want an extra smooth sauce and extra dishes to clean, blend it. #cooking #pasta

I was craving tomato soup and grilled cheese with all the rain in LA lately. Creamy tomato soup with the best grilled cheese ever. Tomato soup started off with grape tomatoes, a white onion, a red bell pepper, and two bulbs of purple garlic. I roasted those in the oven for about 55 minutes. On the side, I cut up some celery and shallots and then sautéed them before adding tomato paste and herbs...

What kind of chocolate are you using couverture chocolate?
I’m using Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers, but you can use other chocolate and just make sure to temper it!
Bcz its very hard to remove from the molt after put the chocolate
Pop them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes and then hit the tray flat against the counter and they should pop right out!
I have a question after you put the chocolate where did u put that one chiller of freezer?

Not necessarily! But you do need something to shape them. I’d recommend using a muffin tin :)
