So, I been following this workout for 3 weeks now. I do this workout whenever I have time throughout the day, I don't have a specific time for it. It only matters that I complete it once. In the evening i go to the gym and have a workout there. I managed to lose 4,5kg within these 3 weeks and seriously feeling much better. The first few times have been hard and I had to push myself alot to get it over with, but lately I feel good and I can't wait to have a workout again. I used to be scared to stand on a scale, but I can't wait till a week is over to see the results. Basically I went from 95 kg to 90,5kg.
@@ryan6928 only did it once a day, and I just stayed in a calorie deficit. for example it doesn't matter WHAT you eat, it matters how much you eat. Stay under 2000 calories a day and you should lose weight in no time. Some things I used to help were I drank chocolate protein shakes in the morning and they tasted just like chocolate milk. I had lots of grilled chicken and whole wheat bread sandwiches with like turkey and stuff. Salmon and tuna help a lot also. All these foods im recommending aren't just gonna magically make u lose weight, they just keep you full longer so it's easier to not want to eat so much
@@joeychetram160 It does matter what you eat actually, some of the food will make you full for shorter period of time and that's lead you to be hungry shortly just keep your meals on lock and you should be fine

I was Active Duty Marine Corps until I got out 4 years ago so I have some experience working with a lot of different exercises. I’ll let you guys know how it is 👍🏽 I’ve already dropped 10 pounds in the two weeks I’ve been back to working out. I mainly want to see how this works at chiseling my mid section. Only time will tell! If you feel like giving up just don’t. It’ll never be easier than it is right now. Even if it’s hard right now the longer you “weight” to get healthy the more difficult the journey will be. JUST START! Even if it’s a half hour a day. That’s nothing. @@nikhailfenech I try to run 4-5 miles everyday. Down main St. At every intersection I do Sprint high knees. All of this with my hands up forming a star. Then I do 20 sit ups then 10 push ups untill I can't do em anymore. Take a break then I do curl ups with 55lbs. And I use one dumbbell to do the Russian twist. I don't do burpees. But I would say do 10 of everything untill you drop. I also use the six pack abbs app for routine workouts.

@@nikhailfenech I try to run 4-5 miles everyday. Down main St. At every intersection I do Sprint high knees. All of this with my hands up forming a star. Then I do 20 sit ups then 10 push ups untill I can't do em anymore. Take a break then I do curl ups with 55lbs. And I use one dumbbell to do the Russian twist. I don't do burpees. But I would say do 10 of everything untill you drop. I also use the six pack abbs app for routine workouts.

I maintained a proper diet by not eating junk food or sweets.
I also improved my face by rubbing cucumber on it so my all pimples are also gone.

First day of trying this feels effective for the whole core👍
1. Jumping Burpees -- 3 Sets 15 Reps Each
2. Bicycle Crunches -- 3 Sets 10 to 20 Reps Each
3. Kneeling Vacuum -- 5 Times (Hold 5 to 10 Seconds if you're beginner) or 5 Times (Hold 20 Seconds if you've already done this before)
4. Side Plank -- 3 Reps 15 to 60 Seconds
5. Swimmers -- 10 Reps (20 Times on each side without touching them on ground)
6. Russian Twist -- Hold three seconds on sides and return to initial Position (3 Sets of 10 to 12 Reps Each)
7. Woodchoppers -- 3 Sets of 12 to 15 Reps each (Warning: If you're a beginner do not lift heavy weights)
8. Reverse Crunches -- 3 Sets of 10 to 15 Reps Each. (Pause at the top for 2 Seconds and come back to initial position.)
