I wish you could see the puzzled expression of the family doctor at our neighborhood (western medicine) health clinic. 64 years old and has not needed his services in 8 years. After 10 years of chi qong, meditation and acupuncture, I've developed such sensitivity that I can actually know what points need attention. It really is amazing if it becomes part of your lifestyle. I very much enjoy your channel Alex. ❤ from Tel Aviv. By the way, we do a lot of work with spiral energy at the White Crane School where I practice. From Hong Kong.

Hello Susan, can you tell how do you know which point needs your attention? I am assuming you feel something but I would like to known what. 😊😊😊 Thanks.

@@miked9260 When you practice chi qong or any of the healing modalities, it opens your connectedness to the universe. The chakras are open and in the beginning stages, you just feel warmth or heat. The next step is a tingling sensation. An advanced state is when you feel an energetic force moving your fingers or limbs. My fingers will gravitate to a certain point. I go to my Chinese medicine doctor, show him the points and he is surprised I give him the exact meridian which is weak. I think I always had a gift since childhood but like many of us, shoved it under the rug. I woke up maybe 10/12 years ago.

You can never be too knowledgeable about Qi or acupuncture

Qi is in everything. For example if i play electric guitar left guitar feels very different than right(i play both). Add electricity and this feels even more different. Handedness can affect Qi. I can write left and right handed too. Other things which affect Qi: Ice cold showers vs hot or warm showers(i use cold to relax my nerves before bed with maybe a slight warm spell to finish).
Other things: I Ching, the art of war(sun tzu), the Bible, the Book of Mormon. Each has subtle chi affects.
    Thanks for your video!

Hello. If you have no experience in Qigong in the past, I think ShiBaShi (Taiji Qigong 18 Movements), or BaDuanJin (8 Brocades Qigong) are good options.
Yes I actually tried slowing the video down, but it was still too fast. Maybe next time.

Wow, what an amazing and beautiful skills and experience you both share with us. Wish we have this high level of wisdom also in The Netherlands. If I may ask, for a dear friend of mine with blathercancer. The Medical doctors are strongly advice her for operation te remove her blather ( also her ovaries and perhaps more) and getting a stoma. She is still focused on selfhealing and hopes the operation will not needed. Do you both think, with your experience, that your methode can help my friend? Love to hear from your, if its possible. ❤
