    LOVE these exercises as well as the background music, however if you can add the counts on he screen of every movement, that would be so helpful, that way we dont always haveto look up at the screen when doing these exercises.

      Abdominal breathing obviously is related to breathing, but the “kidney” exercise as well since one of the functions of “Kidney” in Chinese Medicine is to ensure deep inhalation.
