      I started years ago when taking classes daily at my gym but I relocated 15 years ago and just restarted when I found you in August of 2022. Thank you for dedication to your followers 💞 We really appreciate you!

      Since it was invented, with time off intervals for 4 major surgeries on my right leg/hip.

    I will be forever grateful for being asked to do a live step with you and Marta! I had the time of my life! I was so nervous but you knew all the right things to say! You treated us with love and kindness! You have taught me everything I know about stepping! I was very very basic and I now do advanced!     Love the new timer feature on the bottom left. I enjoy all of your fast basic and intermediate classes. This one is my new intermediate class favorite. Great music and beat.

    This was great. I used to do step 7 years ago, I didn't forget any of the moves, but do not have the stamina. I am looking forward to keeping up with the entire 35 minutes.

    First workout in months and that was a perfect start. Will now do a stretch video and come back for strength tomorrow which will probably kill me. I'm finally home for a couple of months which is a good thing because I feel so out of shape and FAT. Thanks Chris, Marta and Paula.

    When I first started doing step aerobics, I used to do Charlene prickett’s show on TV. I would have been in my mid 30’s & one of the girls stepping with her was in her 60’s. I thought 2 things… I wonder if I’ll still be able to step when I’m in my 60’s & I’d love to be in a step video. Thanks to you, I have fulfilled both my dreams! It was such a thrill to step with you!💜

    Thank you!! I grabbed this one again and used my higher riser! Whoa-I needed so many breaks. So nice to see Marta and Paula!! Staying Alive at the end made me laugh. We just introduced our adult son to Airplane-The Movie. The whole scene in the bar when that song was playing. It is definitely your (and Kevin's) sense of humor!! Thanks again!!!

    2 things I like in a step workout is if the trainer can show/explain the steps clearly and the music is poppin. This video has both :)

    I did this workout instead of your Day 4 of the 14 day challenge. So good to "meet" Marta and Paula. I'm pretty good at picking up the moves. I just don't know if I 'm going to catch up to the higher BPM's . I'll have to figure out how that works. I know you've talked about that! Looking forward to tomorrow's mobility!
