    THANK YOU!!! I remember doing step when I was a teenager. I loved it, but now, since my return (I am 45) every new gym, or online class I go, its too fancy. I am completely lost and get no work out. FINALLY, I FOUND YOU. Simple, too the point and since I am always with you, I finally get a sweat going. Please, dont go anywhere, and if you do, I will follow you!!!!!! I finally feel like I got workout instead of getting lost in a dance class.

    Just stacked this video with a basic 128bpm x 30min and LOVED IT! I'm starting to transition from basic to basic/intermediate. As well as an increase in bpm. For me, this is such a great way to get me back in to fitness AND having TONS of fun doing it. With Chris' great teaching style and her contagious energy, it doesn't matter that this video was made 2 yrs ago or just 2 minutes ago. I am having so much fun and I look forward to exercising from the moment I wake up. I am a full time RN that works shift work. I am tired and emotionally burned out. You're bringing me back to life Chris! Thank you

    Didn't realize that much time had elapsed until you said, "grab some water." Things I appreciate: prompting (everyone does not know how to do this), mirroring (one of the hardest things for instructors to learn), and laughing/moving on when you make a mistake. Your class was golden! Loved it!

    I'm trying to progress to intermediate and this was really good. I loved the music also. I've just got my proper step yesterday after using a smaller one, so that was also a challenge :) Thanks for all your great workouts and keeping everyone fit and healthy :)❤💙

    I love a 30!!!! basic intermediate or intermediate. It's a great work out when Im short on time or if I'm fighting doing a work out (I can make time for 30!). Also, it's all it takes to "close the ring" on my fitness for the day. Thank you for taking the time to do these. If I can I can throw in one of your quick arms, legs, or core.     I know this video is a year old but I just discovered it and it was just what I needed to get back into step which I haven't done for at least 25 years! I'm 70 now and have had numerous injuries - all from horse incidents - and 4th stage arthritis in my right ankle so step is more of a challenge than I expected! Thanks for this video - I'll do it several times to prepare to move on to a true intermediate class!

    9/16/22 my back said no to the live workout. This quick basic step was perfect to get me sweating and loosen my back. Step always makes my back feel better. Thank you Chris for the encouragement to keep moving and to try modifications before throwing in the towel. ♥️

    Yes great workout. Would love this workout even more at 45 min without a rewind because the routine is finally established and would be good to go thru a couple of times complete. Rewinding puts back to learning the ending again. Overall GOOD!

    Decided to do this one! I love all of the step options that are available. 30 minute Basic/Intermediate at 133 bpm was perfect for me this morning. Can really work on feeling the moves in my core and to work on my balance. Great time to also work on moves that I haven't perfected, yet. I was also able to complete this one with my higher riser!! Thank you and here's hoping that you recover promptly and completely from you cold!

    Did this one for the first time. I DID IT! For the last 3wks I've been working between basic/intermediate and intermediate/advanced, and learning step playlist. I can tell the difference in my stamina. ❤️

    these 30 min workouts don't scare me too much when I get off of work since I'm feeling pretty tired after my commute. Then when I'm done I'm so hyped and happy that I'll do one of your arm or lower body workouts! you're the best....thanks again 😁🪣💦

    I love this length of class Because I suffer with boredom issues- therefore I incorporate a indoor power walk ,Step work out ,rebounder , stair run and or a weighted outdoor power walk along with strength work - evening yoga - mixing it up - keeps me doing what I need to do-thank you and I will look forward more workouts like these!
