    I did it and basic is fun. I’m a 67 year-old woman and I lost my mother approximately two months ago right after her 98th birthday. Today was a hard day, grief hits you at unexpected times. But I decided to do this workout and I felt so much better.Exercise really is medicine not just for the body but the spirit and the soul. Thank you for a fun healing workout.

      I am so sorry for your loss. I am also so sorry that today was hard for you, but I am so proud that you decided to be proactive. I will be praying that you continue to heal. You are so right that exercise is a great healer.

      Karen, I'm so sorry, this is a hard time. I've still got my mom but I feel that way about my granny. She left over 20 years ago, but had a huge impact on me and after all this time I still miss her a lot. We are blessed to have wonderful people in our lives and I hope you are feeling better soon❤ And joining these workouts here really helps, the movement, the laughs and the energy..

    i did it. basic is FUN.
    no but really. i have been doing your workouts consistently for about a month now. every day you’re on, i’m on. i’ve lost 20 lbs and i could only ever reach my right foot for a quad stretch but today I WAS ABLE TO REACH MY LEFT FOOT TOO. AHHHH. i’m so excited im getting more flexible and healthy. thank you for all you do chris ♥️

    My 1 year anniversary of working out with CDormer Fitness. Chris is a fantastic instructor who never stops motivating me to be the best me. I’ve gone from basic step to intermediate/slightly advanced in a year with a 2025 goal of becoming comfortable with advanced. I started weight classes with 5-8 pounds last year and now Im regularly lifting 12-15 pounds. My flexibility, balance & mobility have improved. I look forward each day to a new workout that works mot only my body but my brain. I’m also thrilled that my bone density has improved! Thank you Chris - you’re the best. ❤

    Step Instructors - they're just like us! I love that you had to write on your board so you wouldn't forget the order of the choreography. That's my life: write it down or it's gone. Thanks for the fun time! I had a blast, as usual.

    Actually a nice steady basic is really encouraging if you are a little more Intermediate because it is encouraging to realize that we have learned so many steps and a new step language. Chris, who can create very advanced step choreography can make basic step just as fun!!!! Thank you Chris! ❤️

    As someone who has moved on to intermediate/advanced step, I have to say that revisiting basic classes is not only fun, but it's also helpful to go back and fine tune the movements so that the more advanced classes become easier. Thank you for offering all the levels! Basic is fun! 🎉

    I did it! Basic is great! Sometimes you think basic won’t get you going like an intermediate or advance- but it totally does!! And the music was fun and Chris’ personality and cheerfulness gets you through! ❤❤

    I did basic and it was fun!! Always in the after party but loving everything you do and I dont care about the adverts i just keep doing a basic step until they are done. 63 and getting fitter with your help and swimming. Thankyou lovely lady.

    I love the freedom of going back to basics from time to time, especially after a mentally challenging day at work. This is a feel good class which zaps by in no time at all. I loved it thank you Chris.

    I did it! Basic is definitely fun with Chris. I added another riser on my bench. I like workouts where I can follow along easily and enjoy the music. There’s definitely a workout for everyone on this channel. The music was great too!

    This was a great workout to just keep you moving and build step confidence!
    I was surprised no commercials showed up but I will say I have been using the commercial breaks to get extra drinks and practice hard moves that I have a hard time doing. Keeping it positive and moving!

    Basic is fun! I normally choose basic/fast basic, but there were still a couple of moves I’ve never done before:
    “Pump the V” 😂 & the kick wall back kick. Excellent heart rate elevation, mood boost, and brain trainer.
