i did it. basic is FUN. no but really. i have been doing your workouts consistently for about a month now. every day you’re on, i’m on. i’ve lost 20 lbs and i could only ever reach my right foot for a quad stretch but today I WAS ABLE TO REACH MY LEFT FOOT TOO. AHHHH. i’m so excited im getting more flexible and healthy. thank you for all you do chris ♥️
My 1 year anniversary of working out with CDormer Fitness. Chris is a fantastic instructor who never stops motivating me to be the best me. I’ve gone from basic step to intermediate/slightly advanced in a year with a 2025 goal of becoming comfortable with advanced. I started weight classes with 5-8 pounds last year and now Im regularly lifting 12-15 pounds. My flexibility, balance & mobility have improved. I look forward each day to a new workout that works mot only my body but my brain. I’m also thrilled that my bone density has improved! Thank you Chris - you’re the best. ❤

Actually a nice steady basic is really encouraging if you are a little more Intermediate because it is encouraging to realize that we have learned so many steps and a new step language. Chris, who can create very advanced step choreography can make basic step just as fun!!!! Thank you Chris! ❤️
As someone who has moved on to intermediate/advanced step, I have to say that revisiting basic classes is not only fun, but it's also helpful to go back and fine tune the movements so that the more advanced classes become easier. Thank you for offering all the levels! Basic is fun! 🎉

I did it! Basic is definitely fun with Chris. I added another riser on my bench. I like workouts where I can follow along easily and enjoy the music. There’s definitely a workout for everyone on this channel. The music was great too!
This was a great workout to just keep you moving and build step confidence! I was surprised no commercials showed up but I will say I have been using the commercial breaks to get extra drinks and practice hard moves that I have a hard time doing. Keeping it positive and moving! Thank you for putting these workouts together!

Basic is fun! I normally choose basic/fast basic, but there were still a couple of moves I’ve never done before: “Pump the V” 😂 & the kick wall back kick. Excellent heart rate elevation, mood boost, and brain trainer. Thanks so much Chris!
I’m normally an advanced stepper but had limited time this morning so I chose this basic class. I still got sweaty and I still got an endorphin release. ❤
