When I first started doing your videos I couldn’t get them 100% even though I’m an ex-step aerobics instructor (everyone uses different jargon😉), but now I look forward to doing a step routine weekly or twice a week with you! I also recommend you to an older friend of mine that used to be in step class with me. He now has ❤ failure, so I gave him all your recommendations of trying it on the floor & pick a class with slower bpm. I think he’ll love this! Thank you for all you do & all you are & for your patience dealing with others’ impatience & ignorance 😉

Went out of my comfort zone to try this intermediate….not only did I finish it, but I got all the moves!! Coordination a bit messy but THANK YOU Chris for being a patient and amazing coach! Love seeing the progress…even the little things!
I don’t know how you constantly come up with new moves. Loved this routine & you give such great instructions and with the repeats makes it easy to learn.
Love, love, love this workout! The choreography flows so well. I'm 62 and have done step since it first started (80's?), I can do most choreography with no problem, but I'm not as fast as I used to be. So I love doing the advanced workouts on the step without risers, and then I can do these intermediate workouts with one riser! Best of both worlds, intensity, but safety too. Thanks for your wonderful work Chris!!!

I loved this workout! You always give alternatives for some of the trickier moves, which is very helpful, especially for spinning moves. Not all of us steppers like to add spins whenever we can. I think my favorite move was the kick followed by three knees after the up and lunge. It really challenges your brain! Thanks for a great workout, Chris.

I loved this routine and didn't want it to end. Besides your awesome choreography, calling & music, I have found step is the perfect way to turn my brain off from all work, worries, etc. and just focus on your words and the music. Box step rock rocks!

Great combos. Hey fun lead change...double knee, double knee, 1 curl. I use this a lot in my class for a lead change instead of knee travel, triple knee. It's just something I learned at a step workshop. You are fabulous!!! Keep up the great work!
Hello from the UK! I discovered your step workouts about a month ago and love mixing up my cardio by adding these in. I have sore wrists so can't do a lot of the burpees etc that normal cardio workouts have, so these are so much better for me (and they feel like a dance party!).💕
Loved the choreography on this one! Tango is a favorite. Glad to be back to step after being sick for three weeks; my imaginary step still works! Bummed about the new delay between the live workouts and when I am able to do them. But always love the workouts. Thanks for keeping them coming Chris. Hope to be able to do live someday.
