Oh I love a good "dancey" step routine.... not the trickiest but it still required my full attention because some of those quick taps and turns can creep up on you when you're not looking! I sweated for England and had a great time. Thank you.

So happy to be able to join the noon step live! I am the most uncoordinated but this pace for me was perfect and I was able to keep up and had an absolute blast! Going to try and add some of these in weekly so I will get better ❤ Thankyou so much Chris for making workouts accessible for everyone!

I finally had the time to do a noon step class today 🎉! The choreography was great, those step overs were a little tricky. I love around the world! The music was so much fun. In my junior year of high school a friend and I got into 70’s music and WJRZ in NJ would have it on Sunday nights. I remember listening and taping songs with my boombox. Ah so many good memories!
I sweat so much more at the slower 128 BPM pace! Really enjoy your basic/intermediate classes. The pace reminds me of the original step pace of the 1980's... with much better choreography!

Another great step class by Chris! The tap over made me dizzy so I did a low tap to each side instead. I was so happy to be able to do each segment! Always modify!❤

This was so much fun! I was not expecting to sweat as much as I did - so bonus!! Love the choreography, as always. It took awhile to get the stomp between the step overs - if I let my mind wander, I was doomed to step over x2 and miss the stomp. Lol! Thanks Chris - working out with you always lifts my day! 💕🇨🇦
60-year-old 3rd step class ever! Used to do CrossFit, but stopped 10 yrs ago because of accident. Havent been serious about exercising until now. Ive lost 20lbs and feel great! Thanks for these excellent classes that I can do at home!
Just when I thought step couldn’t get any more fun you give us this class. I was concerned that 128 would be too slow and 30 minutes too short but it did not feel that way. You kept it going at a great pace and I was happy with having no breaks. I think it’s my all time favorite - so far anyway. There were steps I’ve never done before but got them with no problem. Your ability to constantly find new and challenging steps and combinations is beyond impressive. I thoroughly enjoyed this class and the fact that you used disco music was the icing on the cake! I will be repeating this class many times, I’m sure. Thank you so much for continuing to share your talents with us all! I, for one, am so grateful! ❤😅
this was another great, wonderful step class.....30 min ....of fun, sweaty...perfekt for me early in the morning....it comes definitely to my absolutly favorite list 😊❤thx dear chris.....p.s awesome playlist❤
New moves!! The tap around the world took me a couple of times to work out but it was lots of fun, the tap over definitely the trickiest part. I was thinking about step and strength but the old legs and butt are still sore after the lower body with Renata so was very happy to see this one up. Thanks Chris that was brilliant!
I'm not sure how I missed this workout until today - and it was a good discovery!! I can now happily say that I have finally mastered tapping around the world 😊 Thanks Chris, this has gone straight on my favourites! Xx
