I liked this easy chair exercise routine. I moved and used muscles I normally don't. One issue, is there a way you can place the commercials near the front or back? Twice the workout was interrupted during the routine with commercials

I have an aortic thoracic aneurysm of 4.9 cm. No one is telling me about exercise other than walking,I also have liver and prostate problems,my head is all over the place can you give me any advice on diet ,exercise etc. as I've gone from 15st to 17 St. HELP PLEASE thanks and a healthy New Year to all out there.

Uhmm....rather disjointed this one. Not really a chair work out.
I just did the chai based ones, and adapted the others or did a chair one twice. Excellent series.
