@ I thought I would get new ones on a list. But I don’t see them. And I just see there’s intermediate and advanced videos exist but I would like to see them marked. I am exercising 2times a day with your 8-16 minute videos and I’m seeing great results. I have trouble straightening up and I would like some exercises that push me not just to stand up but straight up. My home Physical Therapist is very supportive of me doing your videos she’s watching them at home and suggested more specific exercises for my specific needs. It’s great for me. Any suggestions?

There are two members level the priority replies wont unlock the new videos (That is your current membership from what i can see). You need to have the priority video membership to unlock the videos (£2.99) I am glad they are helping you. What exercises has your physio therapist given you to do?
