Hi Curtis, French guy of 75, currently in Vancouver with my son's family, I discovered your videos about recovering some health. After 2 surgeries on my back (creating neuropathic pains), 2 on the tummy and 4 on my right knee, however, I was able to go through all the exercices. Good job man ! Keept it up. I had a little difficulty with 2 or 3 exercises that combined 3-4 moves, but I just kept moving even if I wasn't doing them quite right and in proper sequence. Felt like I had a good workout and I worked up a little sweat. Yep, I'll be doing it again. I'll get better with practice. Thank you Mr. Adams.
The core workout was a bit tough for me but I managed to finish all the reps due to your ongoing encouragement. I especially liked the boxing moves at the end - they were really fun!
