    Thanks michelle. This is perfect right now as I have been practising daily with wrist and ball workout. Now iamstrong enough to use my resistance band. My yoga practice is getting easier with stronger wrists as I have always had weak wrists🇦🇺👍

    I've spent a lot of time on a keyboard. Recently I started body building and cardio. I'm getting terrible pain in my left elbow radiation to the out side tendon that connects to the hand. The pai and presure is felt on the top of my arm.
    I started using a curl bar with 10 lbs on each side and do top and bottom forearm muscle curls. This made a huge difference. However. I feel if I make a fist, then open all the way. Thats where I feel the pain. The muscle/ tendon or sheath is damaged or something.
    When I do bench press I can only do about 2 sets. Starts hurting and radiating down my arm to my hand
