Thank you so much. I have CMT which has impacted the use of my hands and fingers. Your exercises are very helpful! But I would watch this videos for your enthusiasm and smiles if I didn’t need the exercises! You are wonderful!

I am a new subscriber. Your videos are so helpful. I shattered my wrist a month ago, a plate and 4 pins later. I am on pt and trying to help with the process.

I'm a new subscriber and I have to tell you these exercises helped so much. I don't know why but my pinky currently locks in place at various moments during the day and there's discomfort when I put effort into bending it fully. I've tried exercising and stretches and this set in this video overall seemed to really help with the pinky and with my wrists. I'm hoping daily use of this video will help me resolve this issue! Thanks again!

This was great! It feels like I am getting blood circulation to places in my wrist and fingers that haven’t had much for years since having repetitive strain injury. I learned that blood carries nutrients that assist healing. I still have much to learn. Thank you!

Good for daily use as we forget to stretch the basic muscles/ligaments/tendons which we use on daily basis. Thnku so much.

Thanks a lot for your videos. They have been helpful. I had a wrist fracture and have recovered but I find that if I stop doing the exercises you recommend I have a lot of stiffness.

You may not be able to do this, but I would love to see a TH-cam video on an exercises when the arm is still in the cast. I’m trying to do some of the finger motions now, but obviously I can’t do as much because of the cast.

Are there any videos on here for broken thumb surgery? My thumb was broken and dislocated, and I have had four pins placed in my thumb. My thumb does not move away from my index finger like normal range of motion anymore and I can’t touch any of my fingers with my thumb, which is what the surgeon asked me, my thumb and my hand is still swollen and it’s been seven weeks and surgery. I start occupational therapy this week.

my joints seem to be too loose and missing synovial fluid, rather than stiffness reported here. What to do for that?? I have loo joints w/my wrists and hands being somewhat weak and stemming from forearms

May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. Please help. I had an accident a year and 7 months ago and I had a cerebral hemorrhage. I was cured, thank God. Now I suffer from a spasm in the fingers of the hands and I have been treated for a long time and there is no improvement. Do I have treatment or will it remain that way?

I’m curious, is there a specific age group that you target or has that ever been a thought?

I hyperflexed my index finger playing basketball 4 months ago. It did a little fracture on my finger as well. They told me to not put on the finger splint and to start stretching it. It’s swollen and really hard to stretch out. I can slowly somewhat close it (50%) but it hurts stretching it in and then when I straighten it. Is this normal? Pretty discouraging so far.
