I don't have emulators setup. I would contact them directly to see if it's compatible. I'm assuming if other game apps can detect it then the emulators can. I'm brand new to the mobile gaming scene 😅 Android emulation may be something I'm going to have to learn about

Hey man, it's an enhanced version of the TrimUI's stock software, so it's just for the TrimUI handhelds for now. I would love to have this for lots of different handhelds though.. maybe with its growing popularity they'll make it happen 🤞

I have to be honest it's a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be for its size, especially where my thumbs and index fingers are. But obviously the RG40 would be better if you have monster hands 👹

Yeah I've done a bunch of videos for their retro handhelds. They're basically an online shop with different gaming products. They also accept PayPal so you have some customer buying protection. I have more videos in the works with them coming up as well

You can edit shortcuts in RetroArch in the hot keys menu

They do completely refurbished them and not everybody wants to do the leg work in setting it up. There's a market for what they are selling compared to alternatives I went over in the video. You're pretty much paying for the service they are offering and a full game library. Doing it yourself is always much cheaper. But collecting physical games adds up. I can add where they are coming from and why their market exists, but it's definitely not for everyone

@@batpixel The modding process is only an hour or so from stock and super straight forward. Adding the games is what really takes time

@shaiknoordeen.i9220 you can now add a CPU boost button in command center so it's a lot easier now. Nintendo has been on the hunt towards youtubers and companies for the Switch stuff.. so you basically just have to install it yourself. It's like a 'bring your own emulator' situation. So I can't make a guide on that

I don't know where Red Pro Club gets them. But you could try emailing them and say you watched Batpixel's video and you're looking to buy just the gold shell

I've been mainly playing Captain Toad Treasure Tracker, Mario 3D Land, and New Super Mario Bros 2. I used to play Luigi's Mansion years ago so I'll definitely be getting back into that. There must be a bunch of hidden gems on the DS too

I can see why their market exists. You can buy one yourself and do it all for much cheaper, but not everyone out there wants to do that. You're pretty much paying for the service, guaranteed working parts, and a full game library you want. Collecting physical games will add up, so I can see why this market exists. It's cheaper to DIY like you said, but I can see why their market exists. That's why my main focus of the video was to go over the alternatives because it is expensive, so people have to know what they are paying for here. It's definitely not for everyone

Hey man, the modded 3DS I reviewed would offer more than a preloaded flash cart because this has apps where you can download games. If you had a flash cart, you would be limited to what could fit on the flash cart itself. You could potentially save money with a stock 3DS with a flash cart if you were happy with everything that was loaded on there. You can always mod the software yourself. The 3DS I reviewed is more like guaranteed hardware quality & the software/games work is done for you and you can add more games through the apps

Thanks 🙌 I may try out Knulli, people mention it a lot. I really like muOS though. I've never added emulators, but you may be able to download cores through retroarch. If you put emulators on the SD card, I'm not sure if they'll work. It may have to be compatible with Linux. If Knulli has a Discord or Reddit I'm sure people have information on adding emulators

It's Windows 11 so you can use Bluetooth controllers the same as a PC. But if you're into playing shooters online, you'll be competing with people using mouse and keyboards. If you're into emulation, you'll have the ability to play games from most eras on 1 handheld. It really depends on what you're using it for. It's the same as a gaming PC that's portable. The X obviously has advantages, but it's a big price jump for that

@ more into shooters like rainbow six siege and cod but steam and pc have more games that consoles don’t like survival games wise

There may be some limitations with iPhone, but I would recommend using the app and also contacting customer service

As far as I know yes. I mean, the worst they could say is no haha but you could always try out another free software like muOS. Just make sure to do a backup of your card somewhere no matter what you decide. The software on the card may be just fine for what you use it for anyway. I'm glad the tips helped 👌

Yeah it charges + HDMI out to a TV or monitor screen. Actually, since this video released, you can now use 3rd party charging docks to do this. I made 2 videos about other charging docks since then, but many exist now 👌

You have to take the SD card out and put that into your computer. Make sure you backup your card's files somewhere in case something goes wrong If you have the 64GB card, then you have to contact Anbernic customer service to get the 64GB files to install (not the 16GB I used as an example) Also, it may be safer for you to just a new blank SD card to install it instead, and just use your original card as a backup. The black cards that come with these can be unreliable and corrupt, so I always advise using a reliable card instead Hope this helps

Yes for what the X is offering compared to the price difference, I fully support buying the original with a power bank 👌 I would not buy the X because I have the original already, even though the X is very nice lol

They likely updated the software since this video released, so I'd say you have a better version than this one

Mine have been flawless for that. You could try using your original joycons again so they are paired. Then attach these again kind of like a 'reset' It's also possible your left one has a flaw in it. Check the connections on both your Switch and the controller to see if there is any dirt or gunk on that side

I have the same problem and also made a video on my channel about it, it caught Nyxi's attention and they will send me a new Left Joy-pad. Try contacting them.

@@batpixel i figured it out. Turns out i have to hold it when it's connected to the console a certain way. A bit weird but at least it works

It needs the adapter. The computer will only pickup the adapter itself

That sounds like a plastic issue similar to how original Nintendos turn yellow. I have heard you can soak them in something to turn them white again, but it may be a temporary fix

You should flash it with the 64GB firmware. You can contact Anbernic customer service and they will link you to the file. They took down the 64GB links on their website. Use Rufus to flash it

It likely does not come with Mario games. People customize these using their owned games
