Where can we buy it?
So maybe I’m dumb, but does the filter come with it?
Yes when you buy the BCD kit. You can buy the base kit also witch does not.
Hello, could you please send me a video how to install one. Thanks for advance.
This explanation is terrible how exactly do I connect to the hard lines if we don't use supplied fittings.
Before opening mouth maybe make sure you have an understanding of what you are asking. Try looking at minute 7:25 in video for you question. You do use the supplied fittings. Sorry if it comes off rude but putting up content takes a lot of time and thought then you say it was terrible! Did you even buy your kit from me?
Again at 21:30 and 22:35
what’s the power difference vs the stock ac delco? like is it noticable?? my trucks 96 i see there’s a relay harness or sumthing for it do i have to purchase that separately
Hi, if the engine runs good with no problems otherwise then just switching over to the Raptor BCD kit will make a pretty big /noticeable difference in the way engine runs. Stanadyne tech manuals call for a minimum of 9psi. The stock LP on its best day is around 4 or less psi. So upgrading to a LP system that can make at least 9psi (I suggest 13psi) makes the engine run better. You should run the optional Lift Pump Relay Harness (LPRH) also, even on a stock LP. The wire size and contact inside the Oil Pressure Switch (OPS) are to small and will burn up the OPS and LP. With my LPRH that is a thing of the past.
@ what do you mean if the engine runs good with no problems otherwise? i’m pretty sure it runs aight that stock lift pump that’s still in there sounds pretty lazy i got an ac delco plugged it into the the harness it friggn was insane kinda jump scare the way it took off lmaoo compared to the old one
@seanbibby2789 if the engine is running without other problems that may be presenting issues than upgrading the lift pump system you will notice a big difference
Thanks for posting this. I’m gonna buy a set!
Has this issue been corrected in newer production runs?
Is the filter that comes optional a replacement for the original fuel filter the truck normally has or is it a secondary fuel filter? Dont really get why the Raptor Lift Pump comes with an optional filter in the first place.
Bet the pump is awesome but 500 Bucks. That hurts in the wallet😅
Where are you guys getting these 6.5 at, and how much do they cost. Thanks
And yes they sure where a pain in the but putting in and then removing to put my old set up back on and now I have to do it all again that’s why I’m just going to spend the extra coin to relocate so that my changes will also be much easier and won’t get all that oil all over my front differential
I really wish I got these instead wow they are nice maybe you can give me a discount if I send you my old steel ones back at my expense
I bought one of these from Leroy and a ton of other stuff I’ve got to say he has to be one of the best 6.5L guys out there he actually answers the phone himself and is so knowledgeable with these trucks and his products are top of the line I think I bought the FFM AND BCD AND FTB AND 6.6L fan and clutch up grade and fuel tap and The BRF Fittings and fluid damper and some other stuff from him about 4 years ago now and I haven’t had any problems with any of it and I got my tune from him which was actually from quad star tuning, but he was the one who helped me get the right tune for my truck and I’m glad I went to him and now I need some new stuff and I’m going straight back to him because the customer service is the best I’ve ever had thank you Leroy your buddy Robbie alprin I’m sure you remember me calling you all the time when I was building my truck with all them questions sorry it was my first diesel even though I’ve been a mechanic since I’ve been 17 and now I’m 39! I just wanted to show you my appreciation for you great service and help
Oh the only thing that I had a problem with was actually my own fault I bought the steel braided oil cooler lines and I even bought the spiral protection for it, but didn’t put it on and the frame wore a hole in my lines and them bad boys weren’t cheep so the old leaking ones went back on and are still on there and still seeping oil but you live and learn I still have that damn spiral wrap too now I just need to cough up another 250$ for some new lines but I think I’ll be going with the relocation kit this time
Thank you, just seeing this, sorry for delay. I get about a thousand notifications from YT a day so some go unnoticed. Thank you for your support and kind words.
literally doing the same shit on my datsun but with tr6070
Just ordered one yesterday. Son had a m1009 85 model. Got 4 of the 8 out
What happened to the Corvette diff hooked up to a Tr6060??? I'm still curious about how it went/if it works?
I have a cracked dual 1998 6.5. So the singles from the 96's or what years will fit the 1998 no problem?
Where'd you get that pan?
Why are the gears different sizes????
$8000 dollars if anyone was wanting to know in 2023
Me!!!!
You got one for sale?
I just got this lone on the mail today. Ordered it right from you on the phone . Is the 1993 setup the same? The original routong of this line is bonkers
Hi Leroy, I did install a centrifuge, (DieselCraft) on my 2015 duramax. It was quite simple, fabricating the bracket we went overkill. After looking at my initial install, I now have a much simpler bracket, very easy to fabricate. I'm at 1000 miles and have yet to pull the centrifuge cap to inspect. I can say at 1,000 miles my oil is still clean, not the typical carbon black we see with traditional filtration.
What size is the rubber hose?
Did anyone ever have problems with the filter leaking on the housing? I can’t get mine to stop leaking. I’m using AC Delco filter.
For the amount that these cost I would expect it to be drop in and go 🤦
I'm thinking that all casts would be different somewhat ya know so?? But yea should so??
What’s the cost & do they still make& sell these? Thank You.💯👍👍
Sold out! But if you find one expect to pay over 20k
Did the threads for the quick connect break off in the thermostat crossover, or did it come out easily? Also do you recommend doing the Bypass Restrictor Fittings at the same time as this job?
I just did the Hose and recently did pretty much every other cooling component. To answer my questions: The quick connect fitting did not break and came out relatively easily. A deep 28mm socket or 1 1/4(i think) should go over and fit it. I didn't have either and used a 30mm deep socket but turned very slowly and it worked. The fitting is just cheap pot metal was pretty corroded so I can see why they do break off a lot of times. Also in Leroy's other videos he mentions only needing the bypass restrictor fitting if you have dual thermostats. The fitting isn't really related to this job, I ended up putting mine in when I upgraded my water pump.
How do you wire it
How could I buy this tool???
Great info!
I enjoy these old diesel still being used. Was wondering difference between orange black or grey engines.
Thank you this helped allot
Hi Leroy Diesel, I'm looking for a unit for my 2015 Duramax but have yet to find one, Diesel Craft or maybe Spinner II 25. I guess fitting it under the hood and finding a place for the return is the problem. I sure hope I can get this done. Any advise?
Will these work on the 60⁰
The studs I mean?
Very nice
Great tool bro
Whatever happened with the Camaro transmission in Corvette rear end
Now this invention will save the environment from all the thrown out spin filters. Excellent video. You never need to buy a filter again, just cleaning the centrifuge is all you need.😊
I pulled the motor on a 1966 FIAT 1500 mk111 (look it up!) which ran oil through a simple centrifugal filter, attached to the end of the crank, at 140000 miles 35 years ago. Cylinder wear was less than .002 from nominal, measured by internal mike.

it’s spinning the paraffin out it’s separating the additives from the oil
They are back! But I'm curious if it's worth the purchase.
Where can u get this ?
Hi Leroy if you get this I’m curious I’m trying to build a 6.2 turbo im not looking for crazy amounts of power im thinking maybe 200hp just enough to pull stuff around it’s for my 86 c20 and I’m gonna throw in a sm465 with the gear vendor overdrive what would you recommend?
Paper liner makes it easier to peel out. Make your own, or buy the kit.
Your rounded and sharp rockers not in any particular order make me wanna find this engine and change it to something in order. 😋
What do you do when a steering shaft comes apart and the steering wheel moved? If the clock spring has the arrows lined up is that the position for the vehicle wheels perfectly straight?
Thank You for this product and the video. I just picked up a 95 Chevy truck with the 6.5
I had 4 stuck glow plugs. Bought this and it worked like a charm. Whew!! Thanks.
Will this work on my 6.4 Ford?
I "think yes" if they are like the 7.3, 6.9 it will. If your not sure what 7.3 look like maybe go to auto parts store and compare yours to it?
