Muchas gracias por compartir este hermoso concierto. No soy músico pero aprecio mucho la música principalmente barroca y clásica. Me recuerda al mismo Kuhlau , Paisiello, Ries Clementi y Lessel por citar solo algunos músicos clásicos que son poco conocidos con una música muy bella que compiten (Guardando las distancias) con Beethoven y Mozart por citar a algunos. Pure Romanticism. I feel like im on a wild steed taking me on an adventure through an unexplored forest. This Symphony has a direction and moves you places. Like its supposed to. So it doesn't break new ground. Not every Symphony or composer has to. This is executed so well. I like this adventure. I will find and listen to his other symphonies and hope for another adventure. So glad i got to hear this. Im 70 years now and this Symphony makes me feel younger than that with optimism. So Yeah , i like it !

Beau-père de George Bizet. L'air "Rachel, quand du seigneur la grâce tutélaire (etc)" fut un des plus célères dans tout le XIX ème siècle. Il a donné son nom à un personnage de Proust, maîtresse de Saint-Loup. A la mort de Bizet sa fille se remaria avec un avocat du nom de Strauss et tint salon, pour devenir le modèle de Madame Verdurin.

Uma bela sinfonia, no mesmo nível dos compositores mais conhecidos. Nos moldes de Haydn e grande criatividade sonora.

Everyone mentioning any specific part of the music goes on about the adiago or points to moments in the finale, but y'all are sleeping on the allegro. It's my favorite part of this whole piece. How can anyone be deaf to the piano in it? How does no one feel the emotion? The gaiety and hope, things hazarded and finished, the ongoing saga that enhances the orchestra when it returns, which further enhances the piano now delicate, asking, gentle...then so emotional, the denial, the explanation, the return of liveliness so pretty but colored by heartbreak, normalcy before venturing to descend and rise again, worse and more rending than before, different and the same, the orchestra helping this time. Does the allegro not hold anyone else? It has everything, both the quiet solemnity and spirited brightness divided between the other two movements. It suits the finale better than the finale does for combining those two. It's wonderful.

The Andante Tranquillo (2nd movement) alone would be worth the listening. Magnificent composer of superb, majestic themes. He has long been my favorite composer.

I am an unknown composer from Okinawa. I have been paying attention to this composer for over 10 years. However, as a composer, ATTERBERG is still not highly regarded around the world. I hope that ATTERBERG's reputation will be properly raised in the future.
