Faustino salazar! Got the same scam last week. White Plains New York #. Said he would be at the job site. Wasn’t there. Refused to talk over the phone. All seemed fishy. Waited 20 min at the church it was suppose to go to. I left. No drop. Was out time but lesson learned. Guy never messaged after I left. Says everything! Clearly a scam!

Good job! They got me once, but the second time, I caught just like you and gained a legitimate customer.

Someone stole my return phone to google, it was a maddening phone in that is appeared to work in every aspect but if you added a google account, it would never show any data other than emails. No messages, no contacts, gives a bunch of weird errors. Something you'd be sure was software based. I tried to see if they'd give me some advanced stuff to fix it but after reading off the IMEI# they wanted the phone back, like they knew it was messed up. I took it to a fedex drop and they printed the label but never scanned it, and it vanished. I like to imagine how frustrated they are trying to get it to work. Assume everything is a scam, half our political parties are a literal scam.

I run an electrical business and get similar calls. I have a friend with a plumbing business that has also encountered it.

I've been in customer service for most of my working life, and more often than not, a bad customer experience does not start with you but always ends with you. As you described in your video, this customer rented your dumpster and had arranged help. Likely, the help arrived later than planned, and then when you came to pick up the dumpster, she was in a bind. She couldn't get upset with the help, so you were the likely target. One of the best leaders I've worked with would always state that we have two ears and one mouth to listen twice as much as we talk. If you listen to your customer and what their real complaint is, you will often find a resolution.

I've seen studies which show that the average customer whose "bad situation" has been adequately addressed is more positive toward the business than the average customer who didn't even any "bad situation." In my own life, I've been extremely happy with businesses who resolve problems, because nobody's perfect, and I've even made mistakes myself. LOL

No truer words spoken, this is very common. It’s about 1 out of 15 that this happens.

I hate dealing with poor people as well

I regularly saw this nonsense as a claims adjuster. When you're the person who has to tell somebody something they don't want to hear, there's no combination of voice inflections and vocabulary selection that will make them not want what they want. Human nature is a constant, shout out to Adam & Eve.

1. Does your change of logos affect your 3-D printer idea? 2. Is there any way that an artist could craft the "H" into a stylized pair of hands (where the tops of the 2 pillers of the "H") roughly similar to what the "V" under your "H" is doing? 3. Customers might resent hearing you talk about maximizing your profits.

I was driving past a school bus stop one morning and the kids all started doing the arm pump. I honked the horn in my F650 and the pitiful little beep that came out was so disappointing. Later that night I ordered an air horn kit 😂

Hi Daniel I run a small ready mix company here in Pa. We have been scammed on several occasions with stolen credit cards from customers who found brokers on Facebook claiming that they can supply concrete at a low price. Thanks for making this video so we can let the word get out to all law abiding businesses to be on alert for these criminals.

Like mr white said the price can’t be justified by me i use plywood because it’s cut offs from roofing jobs 4 feet long 10 or 12 wide. Everyone uses boards or plywood it’s just expected that you put protection down. If you have 10 bins out that’s alot of rolliskates. Just my 2 cents 😉

The skates do seem pretty nice, but I can't get past the price they charge for a few pieces of starboard stitched together when 2X10's are free in my loads all the time. I have several 2X10X5's with the stoppers on each end. I welded a 12" hex bolt to each of my roll-off trailers fenders to stack them on and it cost me very little. My setup certainly isn't as sexy as the rolli's, but it works and people like it. I find the added length is a convenience so I can stand next to the load while it is coming up instead of sitting in the cab with a limited view. I also find the boards work well on dirt. The rear wheels of my roll-offs tend to dig deep unless I drive under them. While I understand where you are coming from with charging extra as an "over and above" service, people expect us not to trash their driveway. I think it sends a mixed message, and leads to too much 'splaining, to charge extra to protect the drive.
