    Typically (some places may be different) the actual power lines are the ones on the top, all the other ones lower on the pole are utility lines (phone, Internet, etc) so it’s usually not a safety issue. But if you do knock one down, you’ll be paying the utility company to come fix it.
    One thing I aways ask is how wide of a your driveway and are the power lines on the same side of the road as your house. If so, I’ll ask them to text me pictures and I will check google maps street view to see if it’s going to be an issue or not.
