And not just in the day off episode where Sponge not being there is supposedly a special circumstance (even tho it’s not cuz there are like a couple episodes both before and after that one where the KK is shown to be operating without him there); there’s also the time he is manning the grill alongside Sponge in Big Pink Loser too, I’m just surprised these things didn’t get mentioned

The music in the earlier seasons was composed by Gerhard Trede. They used music composed by a legit musician from the 50s-60s. You can actually hear some more of his music in Fallout New Vegas.

7:24 plankton is older than spongebob

I remember this season kinda ruined Spongebob as a character for me when I was a kid. He was so uncharacteristically mean, several times on this list. The way he murdered the clams or screamed at Patrick in "Waiting", it made me uncomfortable.

I have no trouble believing Krabs would run the Krusty Krab himself when Squidward and SpongeBob are gone, since he grew in poverty, he probably knows how to work hard and wouldn't have problems doimg it. Plus, it means he doesn't have to pay any employees.

I see this kind of thing with newer fans a lot. I get why so many of them are so defensive. It's honestly the natural response after the last decade or so of how people talked about this show on the internet, but it's still annoying. You don’t have to try to make anyone feel like they're wrong for not liking a cartoon. There are so many obvious differences with the new stuff compared to the old, and no one's wrong for pointing out those differences and coming to their own conclusions.
