It's Osimhen's fault for signing that contract extension. Napoli never cared about him and he knew this yet he signed it. They just want to make money off him with unreasonable price tag. Hervé Renard is a great manager and I will also be happy to have him but I'm not sure we can pay his salary. We paid Jose Peseiro 50k dollars and we still owe him and Renard will want up to 300k dollars at the least. He was paid almost 1 Millon as Saudi Arabia. And Olise can't play for the Super Eagles as he committed to France and he's already part of the Olympics squad of French national team. @@Sporttalkswithbammy yes. Countries don’t sack coaches that have achieved more than the set target. What was Peseiros target in the nations cup? Didn’t he achieve it? As teams learn, coaches learn. I’m disappointed that Finidi who was his assistant had tactics and strategies at variance his former boss. That means he was a bad student and a terrible assistant. Portugal had a coach that led the team for many years; England as well. Check the retinue of coaches that met their targets even when the team was almost mediocre- they coached for many years. When NFF stops being like a kid in a candy shop, our teams will be world champions.

We can borrow a leaf from the German Football Federation, after they lost the 2002 world Cup final. They set up the Football team from the under 13 till the senior national team with the same ideology and same pattern of play so as they grow nothing changes. And they were consistent on world football for a long time. But NFF is not ready for anything

He only said he can't be begging players to come and play for their nations, he never mentioned anyone's name.❤ Pls the coach deserves some respect no matter what. How many times has he insulted his managers abroad or is he trying to tell us that they don't have a misunderstanding once in a while or because it's in Nigeria or because the coach is a Nigerian coach.
