How I would of wrote the end to the buu arc Gohan would pull a vegito and purposely get absorbed would use an energy sheild to protect himself (future Gohan could do it he can as well) then he rescues gotenks and piccolo then the earth blowing up still happens and gotenks and Gohan double kamehameha kid buu into oblivion Kinda like broly second coming another Gohan movie

I grew up with DBZ on Toonami & definitely enjoyed the show but I honestly prefer Kai on re-watch. I always hated all the filler and long power ups in DBZ.

Inconsistent power scaling and stupid designs for new transformations. SSG is base but red, SSB is SS but blue, and MUI is base but silver/white with SS2 serious face. Gohan’s beast is SS2 but white hair red eyes w slightly longer hair. Vegeta ultra ego is SS2 but purple with SS3 face/eyes. SS4 from GT is one of the best forms because not only is it entirely unique and cool but feels like the logical culmination of Saiyan forms.

Tbh let’s be fr the ssj died after ssj2 ssj3 is literally a stronger version of a ssj grade 3 just more muscle and power exactly what goku trained to perfect ssj and use it as base so u don’t waste energy but ssj3 waste SO MUCH energy it’s useless why vegeta didn’t get it Hume just made a stronger ssj2

Kai is definitely better. I never cared much about the filler episodes (and everything that isn't canon like the old movies). Plus the palette they used reminds me of childhood since in the Philippines our version doesn't look faded. Though reruns these days show Kai instead. My only problem with Kai is that redraws/new animation are glaringly obvious
