I do Rings, 5lb workout, animal movements, sprinting....so many ways to stay fit. Great job!
The 40s are still a prime of life decade even though non-fitness people expect at this age to be a mummy. I was looking at the roster of Running Man movie and a lot of the cast are in their 40s including Arnold. Furthermore I saw that Ernestine Shepherd had become a competitive bodybuilder in her late fifties.

@@DiaryOfAFitnessJunkie in the time we're in a bodybuilder could easily live to 135 and be stronger at 80 than they were at 20. There are a few calisthenics athletes I've seen in the worlds blue zones who have peaked strength in these ages.

Stick mobility is a type of training. I took their certification a few years back. It's pretty wild what you can do with them

Seems the comment is bc that person can't do flow and is protectinh their ego. It's highly skilled and more exclusionary. Lifting near a one rep max can be done by anyone. 🤷♂️ Also all the famous fitness guys like Arnold, Dolph Lundgren, etc had to learn much flowisness for those roles otherwise no one would hear of them.
