  • 3 ways to make your strict press more challenging without adding weight or reps. 👇👇👇
    1. Add a dead stop at the bottom of each rep to eliminate the rebound into the next press
    2. Slow the tempo on the eccentric portion of the press
    3. Press from a 1/2 kneeling position
    These variations are especially great when you train with tools such as kettlebells. Often, the jump from one weight to the next is too ambitious. These options will help you bridge the gap.

    I do like those adjustable weights, I bought the older version, Power Block, wondering if I should have gotten the one that you have. They look nicer 😊

      We have been happy with them. They leave more room for kettlebells 😅
