  • How does this #clubbell flow fit into my training?
    This particular sequence is something I would use as part of my warm-up. 2min on 1min rest for 3 rounds.
    It gets my heart rate up, gets my brain juices flowing, and gently takes me through all the positions needed for my training that day (hinge, squat, rotation, OH/shoulder mobility, grip strength and core activation)
