This Judge was SO patient but he stops things getting out of hand. I think he handled this wonderfully

I get that dealing with some landlords can be totally frustrating. I’ve had landlords that are like family and others like cops. But thinking that even family style property owners aren’t in business is the first mistake. Your unit has to provide more income to the owner than it costs. That’s the equation.

I picked a bad one. Now I feel better.

The tenant is a snake and doesn’t have the money .she is wasting everyone’s time. Eviction coming.

Hate to say it folks but I feel this is one of those professional scammers that go rent-free until they're finally evicted by the courts after months (or years) of paying no rent and/or get paid to move by the landlords. Don't get me wrong. The landlord is probably shady too by not having a legally rentable unit. These are the type of landlords that people like her will target. She hopes they don't fix anything or she may even cause the damage herself so she can keep refusing to pay rent. I know I sound harsh but if you do a little digging you might find that she's done this many times before (allegedly). I hope they both get what they deserve.

Thought she said she worked part time, so qualified for something. Then she works 6 days a week and so can't get in. I do understand many government office, pharmacies, and others are not picking up their phones, but she did not take the next step, just had excuses.

i talked to a landlord once and their tenant had stopped paying rent, she said that the cabinets in the kitchen fell on her children, apparently the tenant had to take their child to the hospital so the landlord called EVERY hospital and no patient ever showed up, the tenants only request? they shouldn't pay rent. these people are lazy and greedy

Oh yes ma'am. Hydrocodone and Tylenol many medications over the counter and prescription medications ruin your kidneys and liver. Everything you take runs through your kidney and as young as he is and he's on both of those because hydrocodone usually has Tylenol in it and he's taking more Tylenol that's bad news.

Why is she having children? She doesn't have a job. Who's paying for the children? I mean honestly who is paying for the children? I'm in my '80s and let me tell you when my baby was 2 years old I told My husband if you don't get a job you've got to get out cuz I can't afford both of you. He took the TV and stereo and he left. Once he left I can manage very well on minimum wage. I didn't live in extravagant lifestyle. I didn't buy a lot but let me tell you my baby had everything and I didn't expect my mother, my father my sisters my brother's are the state to pay for my child. They didn't pay for her daycare etc. I worked and I managed the money I made and I made it work. Once my daughter got older I asked her if she felt like she did without. She looked at me and said no mama you did a good job. But I also taught her You can have one pair of designer jeans and you wear those everyday wash and wear them are you can have three pair of plain pocket jeans. I left the choice up to her. She chose the three pair of plain pocket jeans and then she designed them. I knew from that day forward she would prosper and she would become up awesome young woman. She did she started out as a CNA, CMT, LPN, are in, up until she became a doctor. She did it the hard way I couldn't pay for her schooling. She did it The saddest thing a ball my baby passed away August 24th 2024. It hurts so bad. Her heart just stopped. Our children are so precious and they are our next leaders. She had a son When she was 24 no she wasn't finished with school at that time either. But her and her husband worked hard so she can get her degrees they made a good life for their son. So at the age of 34 he got married August the 20th. And my daughter would have been 59 years old August 31st. The people don't realize I don't understand our children's our future. That's why God put us on earth to multiply and raise good children and to love our country and most of all to love God. We may not know why things happen to us the way they do but God has a plan. But these people did abuse their children bring children in the world and they can't afford them are they expect the state or the government or American citizens to pay for their children I don't understand it. We need to teach our children more responsibilities and nothing is free. Someone somewhere is paying for it and believe me the wealthy politicians aren't paying for it We are. This young woman should pay. But we must make sure her children are taking care of. We must teach our young people to responsibility of being parents and that it's their responsibility to pay for their children not the responsibility of the government and US citizens. It's not our responsibility to pay for their health care, daycare, housing, groceries, it's not our responsibility it's the responsibility of the parents. Today young women do not have to become pregnant accidentally. All you have to do is take a pill and then you can go and act like a rabbit but not produce a child that you can't afford. We need to teach this in our schools We need to teach finances in our schools We need to teach responsibility and something like job training. Not all young people are meant to go to college I wasn't. But damn I was good at mechanics I was good at mechanical reasoning and I did jobs when I was young that women's didn't do. I did it because my father owned a construction company and he was becoming ill due to my sister dying from having cancer. I had people come up to me that was very ugly and evil because I was a woman doing a man's job. I did it to help support my daughter and to help my father manage his company. You do what you have to do to raise your child properly and to help take care of you parents when they need help. Today why do women get pregnant before they're married? I don't understand. We have the pill today and you don't have to become pregnant and you can lay with anyone you want but the children are the ones that pay the price. Your life isn't going to be easy with three children but you're relying on the government and US citizens to pay for your children. We've done that too long It's time We put the responsibility back to the parents and if the man that impregnated you is not around he should be responsible paying for that child. We American citizens that are working our ass off for our children shouldn't have to pay for your child too. I don't understand how people don't get this. Young people today believes the government subsidies is supposed to pay for their children and their food etc. No that's not our responsibility. It's your responsibility and I believe the day we put that responsibility back in the hands of the parents is the day our country will rise up and stop giving our money, Medicaid my days they called it welfare to people that don't want to take care of their children.

This judge gives American citizens hope. Maybe these young people will learn if they're held accountable for their crimes. They can go to jail they can enroll in school or trade or something so when they come out they can get a job and improve their life and take care of their family and have the American dream. But so many young people today believe they should have everything handed to them. And if they don't work they'll just take what they want because in many courts they will let them walk right out the back door and they'll commit the same crime over. I love this judge. Landlords are idiots but tenants shouldve just moved out instead of withheld rent and stayed (possibly squatted) even if landlords were in the wrong (if they're bad landlords, why stay unless you want to steal from them?), which landlords probably were with their imbecile "lawyer" they've decided to trust with their business affairs.
