Seeing the sheer delight on His Honor’s face, when he found out that he had a Sovereign Citizen, was wonderful. It looked like he just got a present for Christmas, his birthday, Bahmitzvah, and wedding anniversary, all wrapped up with a big, red bow. And in his gratitude, he gave us all this gem.

If you have no law classes nor law degree under your belt , get a lawyer. The defendant should be asking for a lawyer less than 5 minutes after he refused . What always get's me that those "legal professionals" think that travel means moveing from their house to the store, and because tht is what travel means that they cannot be held to have a divers licence.
But the right to travel, is that the state or federal government cannot restrict (unless due to a court order) to change your address, move to a different state.
It is that right what you have, you don't have a right to specific means with which you do that.
Do those people also not pay public transport, because that is traveling and with that beeing a right, they canot be forced to pay for it?
What I find much more interesting, that the same arguments exists EVERYWHERE.
Here in Germany, we have similar arguments, based on the idea that the US and UK did not sign a peace treaty with Germany after the second world war, which they use to argue that Germany is still under occupation and german laws don't apply.
When I lived in the UK they have a movement which argue similar, that laws only apply to them, because the uk law acknowlages non-real persons (so a company in the legal sense is a person), and with that they argue that they beeing bioiologically real they are not legal persons, which means laws dont apply.
It seems it is human nature to invent some weird alternate reality in which they are not bond by societal agreements

Judge Fleisher has the patience of a saint. He also has a habit of having staff check the parking lot security cams to see if people he just ordered not to drive decide to drive home from court. 😂

Here in PA we have The Bridge which is a non profit vet clinic that is very helpful. My regular vet wanted almost 2000 for a dental cleaning and teeth removal for one of my cats. The Bridge charged a little under 1000. Great office. Great doctors!

Judge Fleischer might be the best judicial example of 'all talk, no trousers' on YT.
The talk is awesome; no doubt there. I DO appreciate his words. Handing out PR bonds like Halloween candy... I have no appreciation for that.
There are very few offences (against the community he supposedly serves) that this judge deems worthy of consequences. Violate a court order? Now THAT is serious.
Actions speak louder than words. This judge is part of the problem; not a solution.

The thing that's most impressive about this judge is his willingness to take the time to explain the painfully flawed thinking of many of the defendants. He doesn't just mock them or point out their nonsense, but genuinely tries to reach them and correct their thinking. To him, they're actually human beings and not just a number or yet another lowlife. It doesn't always work, but....

Judge Fleischer is one of my favorite all-time judges. He’s really fair and is great at using common sense as a weapon against people trying to abuse the system. Because he’s right: what if he did hit a kid? It’s absolutely selfish to push this type of sovcit ideology.
