PS. Dont worry, im ok! sometimes the youtube drama can eat at ya and will discourage creators from making content. I was starting to see myself scrambling to get a video out and i was letting the channel leaches get to me... (for anyone who doesnt know what a channel leach is, they are channels that copy and steal from other creators to boost their sub count and views with content they see have done well) i was getting very discouraged and frustrated cause i felt like i was fighting a losing battle. but i had to take a step back and realize that channel leaches are always gonna be there.. its about focusing on the content that i put out. thank you to all of you who rewatched my videos while i was gone and thank you to everyone that is still here after i got back! Prayers for you. I always enjoy your videos. I’m bipolar and have done some disgusting things. Luckily I never was convicted for any crimes as my husband of 31 years did not involve police. I found out I was bipolar in my early 40’s. I was put on medication and I receive good treatment with psychologists, Celebrate Recovery, and returning to the church. I see a psychiatrist every 3 months now to make sure I my meds are working. I like watching some of the DV videos to remind me to stay on my meds and help me forgive myself for past actions. They help me see that I am a better person now. So thank you for your work. You are helping people. I am 61 now. I am hopeful and grateful for having peace in my life. I hope this lady gets help. She so needs it very much.

It's nice to see more men taking women to court because they are in fear for their lives because of women like this psycho. It's unfortunate that people don't realize that men are in fear but they might feel less of a man for reporting such actions towards their former partners
You can see why more men don't in this very video. Right around 25:00, the Judge spends roughly four minutes asking the petitioner if he's scared. The petitioner already submitted the respondents' criminal history of domestic violence. The petitioner already submitted and testified to numerous threats made by the respondent, including a threat to "end" the petitioner's life. The petitioner already stated that he's nervous opening doors and not sure what the respondent is capable of. And yet the Judge still takes that much time basically asking the petitioner, 'yeah, but were you *actually* scared?'
I have seen a lot of restraining order (protective order, peace order, etc) hearings. I have never seen a woman claim that a man threatened to end her life, when the man has a history of DV convictions, and the Judge followup with, 'what do you think he meant by that?'

Yeah, its just for the preview. Delineates betwewn intro and when the actual stuff happens. Probably useful for not getting blocked by the YT algo
its just during the preview and intro... it allows me to keep the actual hearing interruption free. these videos have to follow the fair use laws or youtube will demonetize the video or even take it down. including a preview gives the video enough to be considered fair use and that way i can let the hearing just play with no interruptions or commentary.
Cant imagine being this bothered by a guy to point of acting so embarrassingly. She needs even a smidgeon of self respect. Smh.

My state. Been on both sides of this. Won my side both times. Wa starts with a temp order out of abundance of caution. Then they argue here at this hearing if to make it for a year long. It more common than not that both parties file against each other. Usually the second filing is retaliation which it shows she might do. However , with the order in place, it will be hard for her to make valid claims unless she violates it the order protecting him at that point. The court is good at reading that.

There really are some women out there who bring the crazy just as much as the men - but in a different way. Posessive men have a tendency to make physical threats towards their exes, psychological threats about how they will always find their exes, and definite stalking behavior that can often escalate to physical violence. Posessive women have a tendency to make psychological threats of harm to themselves and the loved ones of their exes, escalating unhinged contact online and sometimes in person, a tendency to try to wreak havoc on their exes entire life, and more rarely the occasional physical threat of harm like this woman.
