People moving their phones around on these Zoom calls drive me nuts
oh so what lol thats what happens when you are conducting court over PHONES lol bunch of Karens
I agree. It really irks my nerves! 😂😂😂
How is that lady unable to get to court or fingerprints place when she has a vehicle for which she pays $500/month? smh
We gonna ignore the fact that the chick is spending more on a car than rent and utilities.
Nope. I caught that too and I’m like WTH
IKR? I guess with such low rent she can afford to lease a car? My whole adult life my rent hasn’t been as low as $350. I did have a mortgage once that was $500/month, but my utilities and other expenses were far more than $150 and I couldn’t afford the expense of a car. I wish. 😊
That's section 8. Government assistance
I absolutely love it when Judge Webster gets her dander up. Very entertaining 😂😂😂😂😂
Yes! 😅
Waving her sister's baby in front of the Judge like a shield didn't work? Shucks.
She was shaking the hell out of that poor baby
@@eviemoodypoor thing might have brain damage!
That baby wanted to get down and play but no, she needed her human shield.
It was all about her and using an innocent baby as a shield is REVOLTING!!!
I knowwww how obvious
Where do people have their heads, thinking that punishment is supposed to be convenient for them?
Prop baby, bold move.
Especially when its not even _your_ kid 😂 "you cant send me to jail, your honor! My sister has a baby!"
And she’s tossing that baby around so roughly! Sheesh.
She used a baby to try to stay out of jail, and its not her baby. Karen all the way. And complains that she has no way to get around and no way to make bind., She must have been in tons of trouble before and burn the bridges with her family there in town.
Wait a minute is he sayin he’s not in Kansas anymore? The Wizard of Oz defense is like the Sovereign Citizen defense it never works.
$350 a month rent?! $500 per month car payment? I’m so confused.
$350 rent??? Is that a bedroom rental?
Cars are expensive now...Her rent is subsidized for her babysitting services...Housing/Rent are also expensive, so multi-family households are prevalent. Her exact situation is "complicated"... As many are nowadays...
"Sort of..." Safe to assume it involves her in a bed...? Also safe to assume she doesn't actually pay the full $350 every month...?
@sherrydaut4910 I had to pay $850 the last time I rented a room in someones place wtf
@@sherrydaut4910Guaranteed.
I can’t even think about talking back to a judge, what is wrong with people?? And how hard is it to go in to the station and get your photos and fingerprints done??? 🙄😡
exactly! and over a traffic ticket?? definitely not a smart move!
Why not? Gonna kiss their foot too?
Same could be said if she really isn't guilty...
I wonder if it'll show warrants on other places when they get pics and prints done.
I don't understand this god like position some of y'all seem to place judges in. Be respectful, sure. But to say you can't imagine talking back to a judge? Why in the world not? They're mere human beings like the rest of us, which means they're very capable of mistakes and even corruption, yet our laws keep them immune from consequences of those things. The least they deserve when they're wrong, or especially when they're acting out of corruption, is a little talking back to.
And I'm not saying judge Webster is wrong here. Also, I adore her. However, she has gotten a little grouchier with people in the past couple months. This girl walked off to grab a baby walker to sit the baby in and the judge was ready to hold her in contempt before she understood what was going on. I would probably have something to say about that too. Sometimes there's no other option but to have kids around...even when there are court dates.
15:44 her niece is getting loud?
Not impossible, but with how she so artfully placed that baby, I have suspicions that the timing was not coincidental.
I don't get what's changed since court appearances have been allowed via Zoom.
Prior to that, everybody KNEW... you don't bring a child to court, and court ALWAYS has priority over work.
I've heard people complain about waiting an hour and a half on Zoom, when it used to be common for people to sit in a courtroom for four, five, or even six hours, waiting for their case to be called -- and they didn't gripe about it; that's just how it was. What has HAPPENED to decorum?
Judge Webster really missed a golden opportunity by telling her that "this isn't Burger King and you're not going to have it your way" since she supposedly has a job flipping burgers.
I don't understand these ppl who show up in zoom court & disrespect the judge. Then, show up with babies/children, smoking, not dressed properly, laying in the bed, etc. They always act as if court is so inconvenient, yet they committed at crime.
It's so awful. Because punishment can't be dealt as swiftly as in person. A bailiff a few feet away vs having to send an officer to their place IF they say where they are. It's awful and making a mockery of the judicial system, in my internet juror opinion.
Agreed!!! These nincompoops think the entire judicial system is a big joke and they need to be shut down instantly!!!
Simply uncouth.
She really tried to hold the baby for sympathy. 🤦🏼♂️
Aubrey doesn’t have a clue how to hold a baby.
She has an 8 year old step daughter but she’s not married and her husband doesn’t live with her?
Right. The judge should’ve corrected her.
“You have NO STEPCHILDREN! You are UNWED!”
If she had said, "Your Honor, I didn't realize how badly I messed up, but now I do. I'm a little overwhelmed with responsibilities right now, but I will make taking care of this my #1 priority and prove to you that you CAN trust me. Please give me a second chance to make this right."
I think the judge wouldn't have come down so hard on her.
Unfortunately, she still has a lot of "adolescent attitude" left in her.
@@DamePiglet it’s the same with traffic stops. If you hand over your paperwork and don’t cop an attitude, odds are you’ll be okay.
16:09
“I work for a little burger place”
Baby: “bullshit”
I read your comment just as that happened and bust into laughter.
Wait a minute… 16:35 $350 Rent, $500 car payment. W T F ? 😂
I think things went south for the young woman when the Judge Webster was informed that Mr Byrd failed to show up for the court deputy.
Lol! Absolutely what happened 😅
Where’s the “baby for hire firm??” Might need such a prop….
😂😂😂
💯 agree with other commenter!
🤣
Ah geez Mr Regier it's a traffic deal not the theft of the Hope Diamond, come on man
He’s good at his job.
If you watched Mr Byrds whole demeanor from the beginning, he was so blasé about the whole thing. Like it was an inconvenience for him. I questioned the judges “one more chance” decision from the beginning.
She should have just locked him up because even after she cut him some slack, he still didn't seem to be taking it seriously!!!
Right and the Prosecutor wanted that ass locked up!
The case following this was the topper of all for this day! Too bad the video just wasn’t continued because contempt played a huge part in his arrogance!
First case. Judge should've given him jail time!! He clearly showed, he will do what's better for him, smh@Judge
Oh no here we go 😂😂😂
Love you Mrz. Fieldz. Mr Byrd was courteous and competent. I think he will do what he is supposed to. OMG. I was fooled. Sounds like the judge was also. It blows my mind how adults can ignore the law the way some people do.
I've got a feeling that Mr Regier being how he is when in court everyday that he lets loose at night and is a tiger in bed. 🐯🐅😂
I mean he has to unwind somehow..doesn't he?!
Really? I thought that too but I think you can just plug him back in and he’ll be fine. He’s such a cyborg. But I’ll leave you w/ 2 songs since Jregier strikes you as 🎶Mr Lover Lover🎶 “Boomastic” by Shaggy
Imagine JRegier walking around his home on the weekends blasting 🎶Love Machine🎶 by The Miracles 😝👏 dancing in his boxers/briefs. And he can cook!!!
Making pancakes … FOR DINNER (who doesn’t love breakfast foods at dinner time)
I’m just a love machine and I won’t work for nobody but you
Now that I think imagined it, what if he’s cooking for Judge Webster 😮😂
Oh SNAP
It is crazy to me that in some states you go to jail for non-violent traffic infractions while in other states your free to rob and do illegal drugs in the open with absolutely no consequences.
Hence why San Francisco, LA , Chicago & NYC are cesspools and Kansas isn't
doing illegal drugs in daylight should be someone being sent to a healthcare facility, when theyre jailed does it fix the problem?
That's how Federalism works and frankly, I'm soooo glad.
The US is huge & diverse so it's important that local populations have authority to have officials, laws & representatives that reflect the local environment, culture and values.
If the Federal government had centralized authority, no one would be happy... Alaskans couldn't use snow tires because they're prohibited in Mississippi and, more importantly, we *ALL* might be stuck with open-air drug abuse & unpunished theft. At least this way, we have some control over our lives & communities.
TL;DR?
People get the government & laws they vote for.
✌😊
@@grogsmashrock7240it depends.
Some places have much better addiction treatment programs than others but substance abuse treatment is almost always a requirement for parole.
(There are YT channels dedicated to parole hearings. "Mandoo" has 2 really good ones.)
When people get a sentence, it's generally for committing a crime under the influence... not just for using a substance.
Anyway, if you're unhappy with the way things are done where you live with regards to mental health & substance abuse, I strongly encourage you to contact your local politicians - especially if you can mobilize a letter or email campaign with others. And, of course, vote for candidates who represent your beliefs.
✌
It's amazing.
Bad timing for the young lady after the judge learned Mr Byrd didnt show up in his breakout chat with law enforcement. Sometimes timing is everything.
She pays more for her vehicle than she does for rent. Anybody else think that’s odd?
I couldn't afford THAT as an RN. [divorced, 3 kids, no CS ]and take home income much higher than hers. wouldn't choose a car payment LIKE that now.
kids now adults,
Cars to me just to get from point A to point would love bus or train access.
In CT both are limited to cities.
From outside cities Need a car to drive 20"-45 to get to a train or bus. Live 15 min from nearest large city that has regular daily bus services-to locations within the same city. Same for other large cities.
Once cross into "suburban" areas- 1-5 min drive from cities- nada.
Primary transport mode are Highways constructed decades ago to accommodate cars THEN.. Ongoing Highway projects do not account for future growth.
Still many 2 lane highways only-stretches without breakdown lane; Example of current Projects is adding a 3rd lane. To SECTIONS OF Highway! Guess what happens when 3 lanes merge into 2. Over span of 3 miles. Challenge for drivers unfamiliar w/CTs highway unique designs that include Exits from left lane;
ON RAMPS with stop signs.
Fine if ur car goes from zero to 60 in < 5 seconds. If not, u MERGE ONTO highway, creeping along right side, using breakdown area if available. But I digress.
That car payment is exorbitant. Could be many reasons- credit or other financial issues that led to high interest rate..but her attitude! I wish the Judge did order her to be in court for her next scheduled date.
Okay 2 things 1. I cannot wait to hear what happens to Mr. Byrd and in my opinion bench warrant!!!! 2. I have never heard Regier talk that much!!! and I’m even more convinced that he wears pajamas that look like a suit! 😂
Regier is a prissy, offical little pr!ck.
I think he likes to hear himself talk. And to show others how smart he is. Today was just really annoying.🙄🙄🙄
Reiger reminds me of an Android dressed up in human skin
@@sherridanj He's a replicant.
OMG! 😮. That's a mental picture that is priceless.
I think she needs to come up with more excuses and then start crocodile tears
She should've used the, I wasn't driving, I was traveling, excuse.😂😂🤣🤣🫣🫣
She didn't have a job but never made it to follow the court order... her car note is more than her recent.... then she had a baby, then she gets up in those little shorts, all her mouth all her attitude- these zoom court thugs are out of hand.
Her car payment is more than her rent, oof I bet she has bad credit and is paying out the behind.
6 days a week but she only makes 1600/month??? Sounds a little fishy to me.
Now it is a child care court
One guy can't sit up. One yawns. Two in vehicles. No respect
They need to go back to in person appearances, that would solve it all
Sympathy baby!
So I hope he wasn’t in the driver’s seat but I bet he was
What do the 8 year old step daughters parents do, couldn't understand a word.
21:11 “… both of her parents are kinda M.I.A.” People talk fast when they’re lying their Xss off! 😂
I love your intros. It gives me a smile every time. And Malcom In The Middle was my favorite show when i was little 😂
A total lack of personal responsibility and accountability, yet many are defending these... people
The prop baby doesn't work on judges
I love this comment as an out of context comment 🤣
except judge simpson lol judge simpson has a serious soft spot for babies and i cant blame him, they are just so dang cute!
@@yawn6986 feel free to make it a catchphrase
Good gosh this judges voice is worse than nails on a chalkboard.
The manner in which she’s shaking the baby is concerning
Was wondering myself if tje baby was enjoying that or was this self centered woman was doing it TO agitate that poor baby
This poor victim can't catch a break. It's everyone else's fault but hers.
120 days in jail for no registration?????
The law allowed up to 6 months. But that is for repeat offenders
The 120 days was because he had failed to follow the judges order to be photoed and fingerprinted.
The judge agreed to suspend the 120 of he got that done that day
Note also that he was suppose to go into a breakout room and up a time to get it done and never entered the room
The 120 was for failing to obey the order. The license was just the excuse to give him the time
I've never heard Rieger talk so much :-)
All these people act like this in Judge Websters court room because SHE allows it to happen! She can make all the threats she wants to but unless she follows thru, nothing is going to change! I like Judge Webster but she's not consistent!
The Judges Always always have the Power in the 🖋️🖊️ Pen😮😮😮and you have the Nerves to give her backlash? Whats wrong with you?? 😮😮😮🤔🤔🤔
Judge Webster is hardly yelling.
I spoke too soon.
why courts are still zooming it is beyond me. the system where you appear in person has worked for a long time.
The high court in Kansas formed a task force in regard to ZOOM appearances. The task force did a study and recommended the continued use of ZOOM. So Kansas courts continue it. Some (quite a few 🤔) other states also are continuing to use ZOOM.
all these are a result of the judges leniency ... just leads to more problems ... follow the law and put them in jail
She is avoiding and she is self important. Needs to be jailed
Yes you are avoiding getting it done
I was a bit disappointed in the judge in this hearing. Yes, the Defendant was arguing and upset and should not have reacted that way. But it's extremely clear that the only reason the judge backpedaled on what she was going to do with her, was because the guy before her didn't go to the breakout room. That's not her fault.
My Lord Mr Regier. What you got against this guy? can't you just say yes or no?
Folks may think its just a zoom court but i think behaviour should be as if you are in the building , no driving ,eating, sleeping ,laying down etc 💯💯 and keep the poxy camera still,😊 also quite alot of scratching going on 😅😅😂😊
Full of shit, nothing but excuses. Put her in jail
Why does she think that waving a baby around every time she appears is going to create some sort of sympathy or leniency. This woman is unbelievably annoying.
Anyone else need the Judge to yell ... Rasengan!! ?
Ohh the let me hold a baby on my zoom call for sympathy move. Smooth
Does she have no pants on 😮 in court?????? And using the baby for sympathy that’s not hers is disgusting
Young people often show contempt for authority. Most have been allowed to disrespect their parents and it shows
I swear trying to watch these Zooms or like watching shifting Hollywood Squares!
It looked like Me. Byrd froze up...
JReiger is such a stickler. He would imprison his own mother. 😂
Get Him Out of Az. 👍🏾❤️🤠
If she doesn't take court seriously, why is she considered safe to take care of SOMEONE ELSE'S kids
Ooh, error in Regiertron's database! He's gonna need an update!
WOW, she is definitely rude
Does Regier ever answer a yes or no question with "yes" or "no"?
Maybe.
Automatons never pass up a chance to drone on.
It depends
What he can tell the court is…
She didnt tell her about the pencil!
The judge dropping her head at 6:10 in an 'oh no' moment was so telling. Guy was probably just getting a fine up until then despite not having a lawyer help him. She knew that had he had a lawyer he probably would have been better off.
did I understand this guy got 3 months in jail for an out of date registration by a month? jfc
That's America anymore. IT'S ALWAYS SOMEONE ELSE'S FAULT for YOUR BEHAVIOR
Way to go Regier in advocating for a just sentence in the jail time on the first case. I know my small town County attorneys wouldn't have cared one bit if somebody got 120 days as opposed to 30-day Max
When the president and his cabinet officers ignore the nation's laws I wonder why anybody would have the same outlook?

Regier is so good at his job. Like rainman good.
Thought she said she worked part time, so qualified for something. Then she works 6 days a week and so can't get in. I do understand many government office, pharmacies, and others are not picking up their phones, but she did not take the next step, just had excuses.
She always lets people off.
The judge doesn't help a lady getting her life together. Having a job and not wanting to call out of work, but gives a second chance to a dude that avoided her multiple times and follows 0 orders on multiple offenses make it make sense.
Quit showing off babies in court. We all have had them.
When it comes to doing a court session remotely, it's sometimes best to pretend to yourself that you have to go to an in-person session. Wear court-appropriate clothing; make sure that all of your responsibilities (e.g. child care) have been delegated. Doing the session from your home is a bonus convenience, but you still have to make it your only focus.
(Not that people don't do inappropriate things in person, of course, such as poor choices in clothing and bringing young children. But that's rarer.)
18:34 Well that's not quite court wear 😳😬
yes he will follow. Byrd would go to jail, prolly lose his job. Doh!
Tough judge but very fair, unless you lie to her. Then you better hold on to your a$$.
I have an autistic cousin who's currently in law school & he's like a mini version of j regeir. It makes me happy to see that judges like webster & him can have such a great & understanding relationship, even nerding out together over inconsistencies in the law.
Must be nice to have zoom for court while everyone wait their turn by . Picking their nose , laying down on the couch and having court In the car , eating in the kitchen, smoking ect. No wonder why court today is a joke . Court should not be held on zoom . These people are so dam disrespectful and don't care of the crimes they have done . Court needs to wake up and go back to in person court. Ridiculous joke.
Pay up or we lock you up !!
