Can Ayurveda Be the Better Answer to Treating Lichen Sclerosis?
Lichen Sclerosis is a painful rash which commonly affects the delicate mucus membranes of the vulva, penis and anus. It is suspected that there is both an autoimmune component, as well as a hormonal component since it occurs most frequently in postmenopausal women. Modern medicine gives high dose steroids and estrogen creams, which are not only dangerous, but also do not get to the root cause.
In Ayurveda we look at the immune system and recalibrate it by treating its three parts: the friendly bacteria in the gut, the liver and the bone marrow. Once the friendly bacteria gets depleted from certain medications such as birth control pills, antibiotics, immunizations, acid reflux medicines and steroids, infection overgrows, which creates chronic inflammation in the area.
Herbal treatments, diet changes and cleansing techniques must all be given which do not create more heat in the liver, which would create more inflammation.
The video details the very narrow path one must walk when treating this. Ayurvedic treatments are highly effective. While you may not understand the complicated procedures needed to treat this, rest assured that your Ayurvedic physician will be able to walk you through the treatment process with very favorable outcomes.

Treating Endometriosis with Ayurveda's Deep Wisdom
มุมมอง 66321 วันที่ผ่านมา
Endometriosis is a condition where the endometrial tissue, which normally lines the inside of the uterus, grows outside of it, causing a range of symptoms including painful periods, heavy bleeding, and infertility. This misplaced tissue behaves like normal endometrial tissue by thickening and breaking down with each menstrual cycle, but since it has no way to exit the body, it becomes trapped, ...

Think That's Healthy? Ayurveda Argues the Opposite is Often True!

Here in the West we are victims of the many fads and trends that come and go. This is because we have a fairly new tradition of holistic medicine, one that is not even 100 years old. We try out new remedies and treatments on patients who are really nothing more than guinea pigs. As time goes on we discard the things that didn’t work only to try other treatments that sound promising, many of whi...

Are Your Medicine's Side Effects Causing More Problems than the Disease

Modern medicine will undoubtedly save our lives several times within our lifetimes. And their diagnostic tests and crisis care is exceptional and comforting for us to know we can turn to in times of need. Why You Should be Eating More Lauki Squash

Lauki squash is a light green squash which has health benefits beyond just its nutritional value. It is the best food to keep the heat in the liver and blood down during the summer months, preventing UTI’s, rashes and other pitta (or heat) related imbalances by the end of the summer. Due to its high soma (or cooling) property, it can pacify the heat in the body, but unlike other somagenic foods...
How to Use Ashwagandha Correctly

Your wonderful commentary regarding the long-standing ,medical establishment, cholesterol theory fraud, is frought with truthful info. Hooray! You’ve jumped on the doctor bandwagon & started your own podcast, ostensibly, to be a Good Samaritan, disclosing truth about how the body really works, to support good health, generally. But, I’m asking you, good doctor, what took you so long?!! Have you recently had an epiphany, a mysterious voice telling you to , just now, disclose such important info.,contradictory to the established medical bs, that has been shoved down the public’s(the patients’) throats for decades? The stuff you are spouting is old-hat news, that should be known by anyone having an eighth grade education. Obviously, your assessment of your targeted TH-cam audience is correct! The majority of viewer/subscribers aren’t aware of what you are saying. Your cynicism about people not changing their opinions about the cholesterol fraud , perpetrated against the masses, for generations to come, is most probably & unfortunately, true. That’s a poor reflection on the American population, in general! “For certain!”,as the Imprint For Life commercial refrain, is repeated, ad nauseam, on cable tv.

Hi ma'am, you gave some serious hardcore important information here for me. I definitely need to restore mucas lining, gut lining and I'm wondering how to use slippery elm to do that, I actually have some! Can you give me some pointers on how to go about consuming it and how often and should I use probiotics with it or wait for a few hours? And how long will I need to use the slippery elm? For weeks or months? God bless you richly! And what if I have a dairy allergy, and it makes me break out really bad? Milk makes me get terrible acne, even boils! I seen that the probiotic company you suggested was made from dairy! If I use milk, butter or cheese I get horrible acne! Maybe you have some advice and maybe I can still consume the probiotic, idk Is there any non-dairy probiotics from that company? Thanks so much for your help

What 'clogs' us up, and makes us sick; is our sick, and clogged up thinking. The physical is simply a manifestation of the mental, emotional, and the spiritual. Sooner or later people will have to take responsibility for their faulty thinking, and clean up what is in their hearts and minds!!! Otherwise it will just be the "same old".

Over the last 30 years the medical-pharmaceutical industry has kept lowering the normal cholesterol number….why? Well it all is based on statin sales! Their goal is to get the number so low that nobody will be able to reach it without a statin. Just to prove how effective they are both heart attack and stroke rates have climbed with heart as the number 1 cause of death! They are total failures except at making $$$$ which they are really good at 🤬

If anyone actually listens to this Teitelbaum person, you might want to get your head examined. First, she's a Chiropractor. In my world, that's worth about one-third of what a real doctor is. Her "expertise" in this subject is derived from "over 30 years of treating patients using Ayurvedic principles." That's lovely, but we're talking about practices that originated in India over 5000 years ago, and not modern science. No known peer reviewed medical articles, research or studies. If that floats your boat, go for it. Me, I'll listen to modern doctors who actually went to Med School and who participate, even tangentially, in modern research and therapeutic techniques.

Eating more omega fats like flax and chia seed, eating more fiber, more fruits and veggies and exercising which make you want carbs to store in your muscles all lower you intake of cholesterol. Facts and principles learned at the Williamsburg Conference on Heart disease. The one thing that must be present to cause plaque build up is LDL cholesterol. Smoking, high blood preasure, over weight do not necessarily cause plaques.

Having elevated levels of small particles LDL cholesterol carried by specific appo- proteins is just one of these factors So is diabetes, excessive body fat, high blood pressure, sedentary lifestyle, smoking, alcohol and age For someone at high risk we want to address all of these factors
