  • A vegetarian diet can be one of the healthiest diets if you know how to do it in the correct way. But all too often many people define vegetarianism incorrectly as meaning that there is nothing from an animal in the diet. The correct way to define a proper vegetarian diet is that you will not kill the animal in receiving the animal protein that the body desperately needs each day.
This means that a diet of just fruits, vegetables, grains and legumes will not be a sustainable one. Instead, you must learn how to take good quality milk in the proper way so you can nourish your brain, hormones, cell walls, bones and many other bodily processes with the cholesterol and animal protein the body needs each and every day.
And if you don’t understand how the food you eat needs to have the pranic energy (the life energy) intact, then you might make the mistake of eating leftovers, frozen, canned, microwavable foods and processed foods. For example you could potentially be a vegetarian and eat pizza, French fries, artificial cheeses and butters, and other malnourishing foods even if they are “vegetarian.”
The video describes the best way to tackle becoming a vegetarian so that you can promote the greatest health and longevity possible by learning how to cook a freshly made wholesome vegetarian diet filled with high quality organic foods.
