Hello Dr. Marianne from Central ⛵⛵ Lakes Region New Hampshire - Thank you for this lecture on rosacea. I had my gall bladder removed a year ago. It tried to take out my pancreas and liver with it. Surgeons still watching my pancreas and liver. Liver enzymes were up. They are just starting to go down. I am on a very strict diet. l have night sweats and suspect my liver. Lately I am bothered by rosacea. I am cutting out sugar/carbs to see if this helps my gut bacteria. I drink camomile tea as a bitter for my liver and to address some of the stress. Trying Yoga breathing and exercises, along with meditation. All the best ~ Diane
I personally took oil of oregano capsules for a short period and if I ever have acid indigestion I take a small amount of apple cider vinegar diluted in water. For broken blood vessels laser from a dermatologist made a tremendous difference
