I am a full-time fire captain with over 25 years of experience. Like many of you I’ve worked hard to land my dream job and my current assignment. And over the course of my career I've earned a bit of a reputation as a 'fitness guy,' but let me tell you, it wasn't always that way. Balancing a demanding job with an active family life, along with a constant variety of 8 to 24-hour shifts, used to be a big-time challenge for me until I started Leading elite fire crews and training for high-stakes situations.
My current assignment pushed me to find the perfect training solution I called Periodized Hybrid Training.
Our mission is to help first responder men not only be physically strong and healthy but mentally strong and healthy as well.
