Just had a very minor knee injury. I'm very frustrated because the physical test is so close and I can't give my 100% in training. Thanks for the question I was able to do rowing on the rower, even with my knee injury. Plus hitting at least 2 weightlifting workouts per week still helps with aerobic work capacity. I’m thankful to keep improving.
